  5. Many businesses—ours included—run promotional packages that are intended to be limited-quantity offers. Currently, Boulevard allows expiration dates for packages but does not allow us to cap how many times a package can be sold.

    Having the ability to set a maximum number of package sales (e.g., “only 10 available”) would create urgency, support scarcity-based marketing, and help us manage inventory and demand during promotions. This is especially important for high-value seasonal offers and limited-run services.

    We would love the option to specify a total number of units available per package, after which the package can no longer be purchased.

  6. Currently, clients can only reschedule their appointments with the provider they're currently booked with. This can severely limit the options they see and cause them to cancel instead. This is a big hinderance to retention/revenue, especially with a business not based in provider-request specific booking.

  8. We need appointment reminders further out than 5 DAYS.

    We rebook our clients out for months in advance. Clients will book just to be on the books, but then frequently at the latest reminder that Boulevard allows—the client gets a 5 day reminder, realize they have a conflict and cancel. This really doesn't give us enough time to get those slots rebooked and costs us money.

    We need the ability to push at least one ADDITIONAL notification out to 10-14 days.

    We do have enterprise so I was able to create a workaround using zapier and doing an API call…

  9. All unread messages should automatically be listed at the top. If a marketing message is sent and there are unread messages they get lost in the shuffle.

  10. I am looking for a report that shows appointments that were on the schedule and NOT billed. This would be an "end of day report" to ensure all clients and appointments were checked out appropriately - even if it is billed out at $0.00

  12. It would be great have better customization over the Add-On Services by allowing someone to add-on a specific treatment before their haircut with their regular stylist.

    Currently the system only allows Add-On's with a stylist who can perform both services.

    This would have the opportunity to increase bookings and treatments in the salon if the client has better visibility to it when booking online.

    This would also simplify the booking process by allowing someone to book a color service, and add-on a haircut with someone else without having to go back and add an additional service

  13. Option to remove self check in on the DUO app. Clients often come in and attempt to self check in, but we have a fully staffed front desk and it slows down the work flow for the clients to try and self check in.
    Or we go to check them out and they attempt to check in first, even though they've been checked in. This messes up the check out process. The option to remove this would be so helpful!

  14. It would be great if you could add a 'default member price' option next to the 'default price' that is on the service details page. We have specific pricing we want our members to pay, but the membership perk options aren't allowing us the flexibility we need.

  15. When I am trying to send a new MESSAGE to a new customer, the NOTE box is highlighted instead of the SEARCH box for a name.
    Can you please change it so that managers can find customers more quickly and send the message?

  18. We need a report to run the business appropriately. We want to know what offers are working! If an offer code is used we want to know if it was a new client or existing client and the revenue tied to the transaction where the offer code was used

  19. I really like BLVD so far, but a lot of the users on this platform are providing medical treatments and the charting system should reflect that. I want to be able to have lab results integrated, as well as a way to chart a visit of any kind without having to make a form. Ive never had to make forms with other systems. BLVD should include a more medical/professional charting system.

  20. When we send out blast campaigns via text or email it would be nice to see the names of the people who clicked on our ad and not just the number of people who interacted so that we can effectively market towards those people.
