  3. Many locations have specific settings that deviate from the business defaults, such as:
    - Service prices
    - Service durations

    And service overrides specific to staff, such as commissions.

    It would be helpful to be able to update this via the API based on the tiers that exist in the company outside of Boulevard.
    Otherwise, it is an individual update to each changed item.

  4. We have clients come in that speak many languages come to use our services and we want to ensure they fully understand the intake forms and liability release form they are signing. Would be ideal for clients to be able to select a language they understand when completing forms.

  5. Like an EMR, the client name, age, allergies, or any specific notes should be on the demographics banner, even when your documenting in a chart. Most clinicians type a patient age first, and you need to come out of screens to find it then go back in,

  6. Currently, membership vouchers are tied to an exact service match at checkout. This means a client with a 60-minute membership has no way to upgrade to a 90-minute service at the time of online booking — the voucher is only recognised when the exact matched service is selected.

    We'd love to see one or more of the following solutions considered:

    1. Flexible duration redemption — Allow a membership voucher to be applied to a longer version of the same service (e.g. a 60-min membership could be redeemed against a 90-min service, with the price difference charged at checkout)

  7. Within the performance tab of the mobile app, you can track all sorts of metrics. For those hourly employees, tracking number of hours worked would be very helpful.

  8. Make blocked time viewable on the app. Why do I have to go to the desktop to see my full schedule including appointments and blocked time? Makes the calendar on the app kind of useless if you can’t see the full day

  9. Currently if a client has a card on file they see the 3% offset fee right away and if they do not have a card on file it doesnt' display until they use their card and then have to confirm. This is not a good look and we would prefer if the fee displayed for everyone and then if it's a debit card where they are not charged the fee it would just drop off.

  11. We'd like the ability to create offer codes that are restricted to specific service providers/barbers, not just services or products. This would allow us to:
    • Create promotional codes that only work when booking with specific staff members (like new hires)
    • Run targeted marketing campaigns to drive bookings to particular providers
    • Offer introductory discounts for new team members without affecting other staff bookings
    Currently, offer codes can be restricted by services, audience, dates/times, and locations, but adding provider restrictions would give businesses much more targeted promotional control.

  14. I make gift card donations often to local organizations. In order to enter the gift card info, serial number and amount. The sale needs to be closed out and the only option I see is 'other'. For accounting purposes when a sales report is pulled, it looks like the gift card amount is charged, though no monies came into the drawer, as it's a donation. What is the best way to zero out the amount owed without changing the card amount at checkout? Maybe this can be an option or if you have a suggestion I'd love to learn more!

  15. Clients are asked if they consent to SMS marketing via online booking, however they could potentially also be asked in a new client intake form. This should also be able to update the consent within the client profile.

  16. Add a table or chart option for charts so I can see what i did every time i pelleted a patient or what dose of GLP1 was given each month vs having to look back at every note for this information. Easier to navigate note.

  19. Right now you have to upload photos one at a time, going back to your album each time to select the next one. It would save so much time to be able to select and upload multiple photos at once in a single step, similar to how other platforms handle it.

  20. It would be really helpful to have the ability to create a chart note without it needing to be linked to an appointment or form. Sometimes you need to document something outside of a scheduled visit and having that flexibility would make charting much more efficient.
