  1. Would like to easily view email usage as a whole in the platform. Although marketing email usage can be tracked, it would be helpful to see total email usage per month including appointment and transaction related emails

  2. Customization for a specific commission % on a specific product is needed. I would like the ability to set product ABC at 10% commission, but product XYZ at 15% commission for example.

  3. I know it may sound silly, but we have a larger staff, and having more colors would be helpful so that we don't have to reuse colors for stylists, it'll minimize some confusion

  4. When a client has cancelled their appointment, they should get an email AND a text - the staff should also get text notifications when an appointment is moved from one provider to another, or when an appointment has been moved. I have moved an appointment when a stylist was out sick to another stylist who was in, and they do not get notifications in those cases because the appointment was already booked

  5. We urgently need the ability to batch-print complete Guest Traveler / Work Tickets for the entire day. Each ticket must contain full service history with pricing paid for at least the last five visits, all retail purchases, the current day’s appointment details, client notes, formula history populated from Vish, birthday and appointment notes, who booked the appointment, and a dedicated space to write down take-home recommendations along with the guest’s next-visit service plan and ideal timing.   10. Hello,

    I have already brought this up in the past and I am not sure if there is any updates on this matter. But I would really like the reviews that are 4 stars or more go directly to google as this is what my old software did. I do not really care about them going on our boulevard site. It does not benefit us like google does.

  14. Please add a “View Current Day Only” permission under the Appointment section. When enabled, employees would only be able to view and create appointments for the current day, and would be restricted from accessing other dates.

  16. POs only appear in the inventory adjustment report as received products when they are completed. it is not possible to see all POs that are in draft or saved status waiting to be received. When corporate orders on behalf of all locations, this can be very time consuming depending on the number of locs and suppliers. Having a single report to reference all outstanding orders would be a great solution and save admin time.

  17. Reducing duplicates by requiring both email and phone number for online booking. People use different email addresses (work email or personal) to book online. If a person uses an email address that's not been used before it will create a new client ID. Online booking should require both email and phone number, this way the phone number would still match an account in the database and not create a new client ID.

  18. Currently, each membership plan needs to be clicked into in order to activate it at the location level. It would be much easier to toggle them from the membership list similar to how we can do so in Services and Products

  19. It would be helpful to be able to customize inactivity timeouts per individual employee. We had it set to 5 minutes due to the fact that we have 4 guest relations desks and there were issues with employees stepping away without logging out. We've now run into the issue where providers are charting, it times out, and they lose all of their notes.. It would be nice to set provider's timeouts longer than guest relations'.
