Reviews should be first for google reviews, and second for boulevard.
When a client is prompted to leave a review after receiving service, if they choose a 5 star review, automatically take them to google to leave their review. Google reviews are much more valuable to our business. Also, allow the business to choose if only 5 star reviews automatically go to google reviews, or 4 stars as well. Anything below 5 stars (or as set by the business) should go to the boulevard review for feedback. We are getting many boulevard reviews and almost zero google reviews from your service. Should be the other way around to benefit us. Thanks!

Staff to staff messaging
Our business recently moved from an EHR system to Boulevard. In our previous system, staff could send internal messages directly within a patient’s chart to share updates, concerns, or important information about that client.
Right now, Boulevard’s Messages feature is designed for client communication, so there isn’t a built-in way for staff to message each other inside a client profile. This makes it harder to keep patient-related communication organized and tied to the correct record.
A feature that allows staff-to-staff messaging attached to a client profile would help our team collaborate more efficiently and keep all patient communication in one…

Unread texts stay at the top of message list
Unread messages stay at the top of the message list. When marketing texts go out, we lose all our current conversations in the message list. With thousands of marketing texts going out, we have to scroll back all the way to find the unread messages from current conversations.

Forced Advertisement for Affirm and Klarna
If a business is not participating with Affirm or Klarna as a payment option, this SHOULD NOT be advertised in client notifications. It is confusing to clients if they believe this is a new payment option for them but the business is not offering it.

It would be nice to add an "unread" option after opening a chat on text messages.
It would be nice to add an "unread" option after opening a chat on text messages. Just as they have implemented on the iPhone. Opening and choosing "unread" with a simple swipe.

Customize Confirmation Text by Service
We would like to be able customize our confirmation and reminder text messages and emails by type of service. We need to get more info into our facial reminder/confirmation text messages such as not coming in with make up on and they need to reschedule if they have sunburn, cold sore, just had fillers or injectable face treatments.

Message notification and ability to message on app!
Having the ability to answer to messages and get a notification on the app when a message comes in!
Having an app is great but not basic messaging is not permitted. One should not need to log into safari just to answer a message.

Automatically Sync Marketing Audiences Based on Account Tags
Feature Request: Automatically add/remove clients from a Marketing Audience when a specific tag is applied or removed from their account.
Use Case: It would be extremely helpful if Boulevard could automatically updated a Marketing Audience based on client tags.
For example, if we tag a client "VIP", "Hydrafacial", or "Male HRT", Boulevard could automatically add that client to the corresponding marketing audience. If the tag is removed, the client would automatically be removed from that audience as well.
Why this would be valuable: Currently, tags are a great way to organize and identify clients, but there doesn't appear to be…

online orders
Product orders in Blvd all reflect under the Sales > Orders field. There is nothing to denote online orders from point of sale. We have patients reaching out to inquire about their online orders for skincare products, but I have no notification/indication that an order was placed! I also would like to champion for an option to notify via business email for anytime an order is placed. These are important for quality customer experience AND for tracking purposes

customizable rewards
One feature that would significantly improve Boulevard's loyalty program would be the ability to create fully customizable rewards.
Currently, rewards are fairly limited. We'd love the flexibility to create our own rewards based on our business model and marketing goals. For example, we'd like to be able to:
Create custom reward names and descriptions.
Set any point value for redemption.
Apply rewards to specific services, products, memberships, or providers.
Offer rewards such as complimentary add-ons (dermaplaning, gua sha, LED therapy), dollar-off discounts, percentage discounts, free services, or exclusive member perks.
Set expiration dates and usage limits.
Choose whether rewards can…3 votes -
List the actual date, time, and provider name for Fill Slow Days and Last Minute Opening automated campaigns
For the "fill slow days" and "last minute openings" we should be able to have the actual date, time, and provider name that is available listed in the communication for the potential patient to see.
Otherwise, this just looks like a generic "book with us" communication instead of a tailored communication for that specific provider's open schedule times. This would greatly increase conversion.

Post-Appointment Messaging and Google Review Link
Allow businesses to customize post-appointment follow-up messaging and to link our review platform, like Google Reviews. Right now, the canned SMS/email only directs clients to rate their experience inside Boulevard. That does nothing to boost a business’s online presence.
I want to be able to insert my own google review link (or other platforms) and to customize my messaging to match our brand voice and marketing strategy.
Without this, Boulevard is limiting growth and keeping reviews locked in its own system instead of helping businesses build the visibility and reputation that actually drive new clients.

App: Should support messaging.
Clients are messaging and I don't see it until I'm in the office. There should be a tab to support that platform within the app.

Ability to schedule client follow-up text message
Teams currently have to track any follow ups that may be needed outside of BLVD. This would be for post treatment check-ins, pause lifts, or other relevant client follow up they have to do. (Mindbody has contact logs)

Hate new update on mobile app
Our team HATES that Boulevard removed the ability to directly send a text message to the client from the mobile app. Now, when you hit the 'message' symbol, it opens up the automated chat box within Boulevard instead of directly being able to send the client a direct text message from our own personal phones. The old way allowed us to convert the client into a new contact in our phone but now, there's no way to do this. It has created a lot more work and we are absolutely sickened that this changed.

Add notification settings for business texts in the app
seeing texts in the app is amazing!
I would like to have the option to turn on notifications for texts within the app. This would help me catch important conversations when I am away from the computer without having to log in and look for them.
Bonus points if there are schedule options for the notifications, but I can manage them with do not disturb options if not!

More Information and Insights for Text Messages and Emails
We need the ability to see more insights for our Text Message and Email Campaigns. I would like to know number of Opens, Clicks, etc and be able to drill down on each. For instance what part of the email was click, if there were unsubscribes or bounces, who unsubscribed, who bounced etc. Because of the ability to segment each list BLVD could be a powerful tool, but I find myself continuing to use other marketing platforms as BLVD is lacking the insights I need.
