Checking receipts in profile history being able to get back to purchase history without starting over
When I'm searching through a patient's payment history and going into an order I want to be able to get directly back to that clients order history...but once you open an order you can't go back and need to start over by searching for the client again. Would save a ton of time when searching through an individual's orders for something

Client profile notification when you are leaving the page without saving
Just like when you leave a service without saving, a notification pops up asking if you still want to leave and if you would like to save and exit.

tags
The tags are nice, but they are not visible until you click into the patients actual profile. It would be nice if the tag populated on the schedule, so it is obvious at a glance. Additionally, you cannot see a tag on the main client view/dashboard --you have to filter out by tags. Would be nice to see them there as well.

entering saved prices for client after check out.
I have removed the ability to change pricing at the front desk computer and i'd like to be able to go in and retroactively remember a client's price so i dont have to change it later, but this option seems to only be available when they have booked their next appointment or at check out. it would be really helpful to be able to add an accomodation like that at any time

Search tab for clients scheduled for future services under service name
It would be helpful to be able to search for any clients who are scheduled for future appointments for specific services/treatments.

Display Membership Status on Calendar Appointments
We would love the ability to quickly see which clients are members directly from the appointment calendar.
Right now, there’s no visual indicator that differentiates members from non-members when viewing the schedule. Having this would help our front desk and providers:
Personalize service and care
Ensure members receive their correct benefits
Support upsells, retention conversations, and consistent guest experience
Reduce time clicking into each client profile to check status
Suggested Improvements:
A small badge or icon (e.g., “M” or “Member”) on the appointment block
Or a color highlight/label option specifically for members

a summary of the overall spending of a client on their profile
In the of overview tab, there should be a place where the clients overall life-term spend is (even if it's only visible to certain staff). This would be helpful in terms of giving priority appointments, etc.

It would be helpful if a PT profile page would show all account credits, not only under the wallet tab.
Currently you can only see account credits for a PT under wallet. It would be helpful to see all account credits on the main profile page. It also does not show up at checkout for a PT. Have account credits and GC amounts visible through the PT profile tabs.

Client notes: Renaming tabs and add more for more personalized use
We want to be able to rename the existing client notes tab to be more aligned with our business purposes. We would also like to be able to add more tabs with custom naming conventions to align with our business practices.

Multi level filter in clients tab
Users are trying to filter an email marketing list for a specific service provider to target clients who have seen that provider at least three times.
Currently, when using a filter to a certain staff member and adding a second filter for visit history 3+ the system pulls clients who have visited three times total, regardless of which provider they saw.
t would be helpful to add the ability to filter based on visits with a specific provider only, as the current setup can be misleading and limits targeted marketing.

Allow secondary phone numbers and email addresses for clients
We end up with lots of clients with two profiles. Often times they end up with a second profile because they used a secondary email or phone number to book online. Having an option to match all of these to one profile would help prevent the continued creation of these redundant profiles
