More visibility and flexibility when viewing and redeeming vouchers at checkout
Businesses want more visibility into the vouchers a client has available including expiration dates, qtys, etc and more flexibility to exchange voucher(s) for different service(s)

Reviews should be first for google reviews, and second for boulevard.
When a client is prompted to leave a review after receiving service, if they choose a 5 star review, automatically take them to google to leave their review. Google reviews are much more valuable to our business. Also, allow the business to choose if only 5 star reviews automatically go to google reviews, or 4 stars as well. Anything below 5 stars (or as set by the business) should go to the boulevard review for feedback. We are getting many boulevard reviews and almost zero google reviews from your service. Should be the other way around to benefit us. Thanks!

Price Check
We would like for there to be an icon/button where we can search for a service/product/membership/package and it would display the price. There isn't an easy way to search for a service/product/membership/package and to find the price.

Invoices!!!
This includes requests to send secure link for payment at checkout via SMS and/or email.
If patients only pay partial or have issues at checkout it would be nice to be able to send an inovice so we do not lose track of payments needed

Ability to turn tip setting off for specific services
Since we provide aesthetic services and medical spa services. It would be helpful to turn off tip settings for specific services that it is not customary to tip on. For example laser hair removal or botox services. Having the check out screen bypass the tip setting for certain service would be help. A selection option on the service settings that says. "Turn off tipping for this services" would be helpful.

Name, DOB and the date should auto-populate.
Our clients are getting SO FRUSTRATED having to re-type their name, DOB and that date on every form at check-in. These should really auto-populate once assigned to the client. I know it's definitely possible, as I created out forms on Form Designer on our old software and those auto-populated.

Upload Multiple Photos to patient gallery
Option to select multiple photos to upload at once, rather than having to upload photos one at a time, which is very time consuming, especially when there are at least 5 photos to be uploaded.

Send a secure link to add credit card info from their client profile
For clients who reach out to the salon directly vs. booking online, adding a feature from the profile we create for them that sends a secure link (or sends when prompted) to add their cc info so we have it on file. This would support our booking and cancellation policies without having to ask them for their cc info over the phone, via text or email.

It would be so helpful to have an icon on the appointment on the calendar page that shows if a client has NOT filled out all of their forms - rather than having to click into the client + their forms tab to see if they've filled them out every time.

Text pricing needs a revisit
All of the SMS additions that are finally coming out have been very much anticipated and I’m happy to see them, however with every one of these “new features” comes a hefty price tag to use them.
If we want to use the text receipts and now the new text for review feature we’ll officially be spending more on texts than we are on BLVD itself. It’s costing us $200 a month just to have confirmations and reminders sent out. For the price point of BLVD to only receive 250 "Free" texts is a bit restrictive in 2024. Every other…325 votes -
Managing consumable products on Client Profile and Client Portal
Includes added functionality to managing consumable products on the client profile and better support exchanging of banked products. Additionally, include configurations to dictate if their banked amounts are visible on client portal
I would like to be able to add prepaid product units directly to a client's wallet. There needs to be more ways to add credits with notes into a patient's account.

I don't like taking peoples credit cards over the phone, but we require a credit card on file. I would love if we could send a link to their phone number so they can fill out credit card form.

Toggle tipping on/off per service or providers
Have an option for tips to not be an option for some services. "Tippable services" so when we are checking people out it wont ask on services that do not allow tips.

Create a Products tab Just like how Boulevard has a Services tab under each staff member under the Manage section. This would allow custom settings of commissions based on products or categories of products. It's such a chore to manually calculate commissions for certain employees after switching to BLVD.

Break down Products into different categories for more complex inventory tracking
Currently, Boulevard categorizes sales into Services and Products. It would be incredibly helpful if Products could be further divided into two categories for more precise reporting. For example, in an aesthetic practice, we sell physical products that clients take home, such as skincare and hair care items. We also sell in-office products, like injectables, that are used on the client during their visit. Having separate categories for these would improve tracking and reporting efficiency!

Example: We set a recurring appointment for 12 visits at 1PM on Thursdays. If there are 2 Thursdays that are unavailable at that time, the business should be notified and unable to book those times.
This would increase the efficiency when booking recurring appointments and prevent double booking from occurring. Client Portal Account Credit
I love that clients can see their available vouchers on the client portal as well as what their membership perks are. I would like them to also be able to see their account credit balance on the portal.
