More visibility and flexibility when viewing and redeeming vouchers at checkout
Businesses want more visibility into the vouchers a client has available including expiration dates, qtys, etc and more flexibility to exchange voucher(s) for different service(s)

Do we have an update on when this ability is going to be ready?? The time and energy it takes to rectify payroll reports and commissions due to the vouchers redeeming all the services equally is EXHAUSTING! :( We have to have the ability to assign as cost value to the services or products included in the package or membership.

It would be completely beneficial to be able to assign vouchers a cost value or to cover half of services instead of them only being used for the total of a single service

I think this has been done already. I had the choice to pay on voucher or not- I am assuming if I chose not to pay on voucher price it would have defaulted to retail? We pay on price paid, so we like having the option.

Let us redeem more than one voucher at a time during their visit versus us having to void additional vouchers used- because then we have to dig through charts to make sure we are on track with what has been used.

Currently, only redeemable vouchers pull into the checkout screen if the service on the order matches.
Slight differences in service booked vs received may require an update that isn't as easy to catch.
For ex - if a client accidentally booked for Brazilian Sugar instead of Brazilian Wax, it would be great to easily see the wax voucher on file so its more obvious at checkout that the service needs to be changed to match and be able to redeem.
Less clicks than going into the client profile to investigate. -

I think this should be done as a toggle option because we only pay commission on what the voucher sold for, same for "product credit units" and those specifically redeem for service list price currently and not what the product was sold for, so we have to go in and manually fix this every time.

If I have a client with both memberships and packages that have available vouchers, I want to see every option available at checkout so I know where I am pulling from.

Please fix this!! Payroll is such a hassle having to manually correct the wrongly docked commissions on reports due to discounts and vouchers. This is not normal! Normal businesses don't expect employees to take less pay because the owner ran a discount! So time consuming twice a month and it leaves room for clerical error instead of having an easy service pay report that I could email my staff. Instead I have to print them alllll out and waste paper twice a month so I can manually correct all discounted appointments and then recalculate correct pay, for every employee, every time.... It's getting old

I 1000% agree with you! The amount of time I spend updating and rectifying payroll because all the package services numbers are skewed is exhausting. We should be able to assign how the costs should be broken down int he package.

I need the name of the voucher to be displayed during checkout. Currently it just says how many are remaining, but not the package that was actually purchased. We have vouchers that can be redeemed for multiple services, and without knowing which package we are drawing from, we may be taking from the wrong package and it gets very confusing. They should be labeled with the name and the amount remaining,

There needs to be a way to manually set and choose how the total cost of the package is split between vouchers, so as not to skew provider metrics. For example, I have a package priced at $3,200 that includes a FREE facial and five syringes of filler; however, it breaks the facial down to be worth $1,600, which will skew my injectors' numbers and inflate my esthetians' numbers.

This would be so helpful for my IV clinic. Book with an individual IV but purchase a package at checkout with the ability to use a voucher from that new package for that days appointment.

Stop including vouchers and gift cards into daily summary!!!!! Our accountant has a lot of issues with pulling reports. Vouchers are being counted as sales multiple times.
