More visibility and flexibility when viewing and redeeming vouchers at checkout
Businesses want more visibility into the vouchers a client has available including expiration dates, qtys, etc and more flexibility to exchange voucher(s) for different service(s)

Let us redeem more than one voucher at a time during their visit versus us having to void additional vouchers used- because then we have to dig through charts to make sure we are on track with what has been used.

Currently, only redeemable vouchers pull into the checkout screen if the service on the order matches.
Slight differences in service booked vs received may require an update that isn't as easy to catch.
For ex - if a client accidentally booked for Brazilian Sugar instead of Brazilian Wax, it would be great to easily see the wax voucher on file so its more obvious at checkout that the service needs to be changed to match and be able to redeem.
Less clicks than going into the client profile to investigate. -

If I have a client with both memberships and packages that have available vouchers, I want to see every option available at checkout so I know where I am pulling from.

Ability to apply vouchers for lower priced services and clients forfeit the balance

I need the name of the voucher to be displayed during checkout. Currently it just says how many are remaining, but not the package that was actually purchased. We have vouchers that can be redeemed for multiple services, and without knowing which package we are drawing from, we may be taking from the wrong package and it gets very confusing. They should be labeled with the name and the amount remaining,

This would be so helpful for my IV clinic. Book with an individual IV but purchase a package at checkout with the ability to use a voucher from that new package for that days appointment.

ability to upgrade service at checkout (book with a single tan, but check out with an upsold package and apply one session of the package to the appointment)

allow applying 90min vouchers to 60min sessions and then auto credit the account for the difference

We desperately need the checkout with the vouchers to be more transparent. I know the checkout shows the source of the voucher at the bottom, but for some reason it is overlooked by our staff no matter how many times we remind them. It's awful. We have a slightly tricky membership setup from before we transferred to boulevard and don't want to make a massive change that would affect nearly 1/3 of our monthly revenue.
If the vouchers section on the left-hand side of checkout just showed ALL the vouchers on the client's account with the numbers of them, then staff could choose which one to apply and which ones were applicable, it would solve so many problems. As it is, I am constantly having to audit the accounts and it's a headache because I can't see which voucher was applied in the sale. I'm begging you to improve this so we don't have to have so many clicks to see this - it's very difficult to train our front desk staff for consistency.

To add to this - when you hover over the payment information it just says "voucher redemption"
It would be nice if it told you what voucher was used. We create special voucher packages for holiday sales so those would have different names than membership vouchers and regular voucher packages. When we're investigating a dispute there are problems when trying to match up what voucher was used for what appointment.

It would be great if we could exchange prepaid vouchers with other services, either when checking out the patient (so that it is tied to the original payment amount, etc) OR in a separate transaction so that we can avoid VOIDING the first transaction but transfer the amount to the new package of vouchers that will be tied to the original form pf payment

(1) If someone has a package AND membership that include vouchers - there's no way to distinguish which is which when checking out. Big miss and a headache for someone at the front desk to figure this out.
(2) Under payment methods > vouchers --- VERY HARD to tell which vouchers go with which - need a line or something to separate them

Any voucher that is used for the same service or services will be lumped into the same available pool for clients to use. On our end, when checking out we only see the total number available with no distinction between them. This can create a problem because we allow the sharing of voucher packages but not membership vouchers. A client might buy a package with the intent of sharing but those vouchers could be used first through individual appointments. When it came time to share it would look like they didn't have any to share because they'd only have membership ones left.

Would love to be able to see the voucher expiration dates at checkout. If a client has multiple sets of vouchers we want to be able to redeem the ones that are going to expire rather than the ones they just earned. Or just have them only apply the ones that are going to expire soon in order they earned them oldest>newest. We have been checking by going into their profile > payment methods to see when they expire then go back and apply the correct vouchers.

If a client has a voucher in their account that would cover a service on their ticket when checking out it would be helpful if it could give a prompt or message that it existed.
Example - A client has a voucher for a 60 minute massage in their account. Staff tries to pay for the session with a credit card. Boulevard would say, "It looks like <client's name> has a voucher for that service. Would you like to use it instead?"

I have clients that have tanning packages. I need to be able to see the voucher at check out, instead of having to write it off under "other" then go to to the clients account and look at payment methods.

From one order, would like the ability to purchase a membership and redeem the voucher for the completed service.
