As a business owner, I'd like the ability to get an email notification every time someone books an appointment whether is was online or via my front desk staff! I don't care if it is 1000 emails a day - just give me the ability to get an email on books, cancelations and reschedules.

When is this going to be addressed? Because I was sold on this feature in 2024 too and NOTHING has been done. In fact there is little to no social data - even on new clients.

How has this not been fixed yet?! A notification to the staff/therapists when an appointment is rescheduled is a simple fix. We had a therapist not show up because she was unaware that an appointment was rescheduled to her calendar even though she had checked her schedule two hours before. This caused us to lose a new client and major embarrassment to the spa. This has to be dealt with ASAP.
