I agree that it is unfortunate to have hefty charges for texts. This is how clients like to be communicated with, so it would be unfortunate for a business to decide to turn texts off because the overcharges are too steep. When I signed up for Boulevard I didn't realize there were additional text charges that could be so lofty...but we are new so i have no idea what the overcharges may look like. The last company I was with was unlimited for texts and email marketing, which was nice.

I think this has been done already. I had the choice to pay on voucher or not- I am assuming if I chose not to pay on voucher price it would have defaulted to retail? We pay on price paid, so we like having the option.

We have a doctor on staff that doesn't take tips, everyone else does. So a toggle would be nice, per staff member.
