  2. We need a report that will show how many specific treatments are booked out during a specific time frame. For example, knowing how many Halo lasers are booked in the next 3-6months helps us know how many Halo tips we need to order. Many treatments use specific disposable items and knowing how many to order and have on hand is crucial.

  3. When trying to tag profiles that still need a card on file, it's a bit tedious to go through each client profile individually. It would be very helpful to be able to create a report that pulls the clients that do/don't have a card on file.

  4. The fact that you can not save the date range ("month to date" or "last month") with the reports is a huge setback

    It always resets when you open (re-open) the report.

  6. Nightly sales report via email. Each night you receive an email with how much you made for the day/weekend. This is what will be deposited into your bank account the following day(mon-thurs). The weekend will be sent out on Sunday night(fri-sun) Includes a list of the follow: clients name, date of service including tips. This includes gift cards sold. Gloss Genius has this feature and I loved it. Bummed its not here.

  7. We need a report that shows a period of time, such as a year, but as a month-by-month comparison. We would also like to be able to compare periods from different years to more easily understand growth.

  8. It would be amazing to be able to see a Cancelation Rate % of clients who cancel on service provider's schedule. The ideal statistic would show a % which would be factored by the amount of clients who cancel their appointment within the selected time frame, but do not rebook.

    This helps because it shows if a certain provider is perhaps doing well in rebookings, but most of the clients then cancel their future appointments so it's not really helpful just to see a high rebooking %.

  9. I need a report that sorts out detailed line items in a summary so that I can organize my income into Quickbooks. This also needs the ability to toggle on/off payment types so that I am getting the numbers for Credit Card Purchases, Checks, Cash, Account Balance.

    The Purpose is so when Boulevard pays out the credit cards sales, I can sort those payments into the respective category of sales in quickbooks.

  10. When filtering sales transactions by date, if you go into details of transactions, you are currently unable to go back to your filtered list. Whenever a filter is applied, if the "back" button should take you back to your filtered list instead of starting over. Currently, if I want to review each transaction, I have to start over and re-apply the filter every single time.

  12. users should be able to click directly from any report entry into the specific transaction it relates to. This functionality will enable backend users to quickly identify and resolve errors or incorrect charges on items or services. Additionally, it will improve the accuracy and reliability of commission reporting.

I need ASAP to know the appointments being booked day by day, and I contacted the BLVD person and she is telling me that this is not available inside BLVD and that only can be selected by person performance which is not what I need. I need a report of all appointments being booked day by day to make sure that appointments have been entered appropriately, scheduled with right services.   16. Stylist should be able to see only their reports in the app. The reports should also include more details. Stylist should be able to customize what they want to see in a report. It would be wonderful if the stylist could see their staff performance report in the app. Stylist who are independent/chair renters like to view this information at all times so it is hard on business owners to send out all the time.

  17. I’d like to see a single report that provides both year-over-year and month-to-month staff performance comparisons. Since our salon operates heavily on goals and performance metrics, having a full annual comparison alongside monthly trends in one report would make tracking performance much easier. This would save time, reduce the need to generate multiple reports, and give a clearer overall picture of staff performance.

  18. When you are looking at, for example, a summary report for sales, and it says there were 14 transactions, if you click on 14, it will open up the data behind that number so you can look at the actual line by line 14 transactions that made up that data.

  20. A custom report option that allows us to see the necessary information when inputting payroll, with the form of payment included in the report.
    What the client purchases:
    Service, Product, tax, gratuity, gift card sale, wholesale purchase.
    Form of Payment:
    Card, check, cash, venmo, barter, etc.

    Currently, we need to run multiple reports or double-check the calendar. Many more steps than are necessary.
