Create a report for cancellations and no shows
it'd be useful to be able to create a report or summary that shows the number of canceled appointments for a specific window of time, i.e. the number of no-show's for the month, late cancellations, etc.
right now, you can only look one day at a time through the cancellations button on the front desk view.

This needs to be created asap! Very difficult for providers to go back and look at cancellations without it. Every other booking system i've ever used has this feature.
