Ability to Limit the Number of Packages Sold
Many businesses—ours included—run promotional packages that are intended to be limited-quantity offers. Currently, Boulevard allows expiration dates for packages but does not allow us to cap how many times a package can be sold.
Having the ability to set a maximum number of package sales (e.g., “only 10 available”) would create urgency, support scarcity-based marketing, and help us manage inventory and demand during promotions. This is especially important for high-value seasonal offers and limited-run services.
We would love the option to specify a total number of units available per package, after which the package can no longer be purchased.

Service Packages with Integrated Product Bundles
I would love the ability to create packages that include both services and retail products as part of a single bundled offering.
Current Limitation:
At the moment, packages are limited to services only. This creates friction when trying to sell results-driven programs that require both in-spa treatments and consistent at-home care. Why This Matters:
For many of us in the skincare industry, results come from a combination of professional treatments and homecare. Being unable to bundle products into packages makes it harder to:- Create true transformation programs (e.g., acne, pigmentation, anti-aging)
- Increase retail sales in a structured, intentional way
- Simplify…

Allow more than one product to be attached to service
Right now there is no way to add more than one product to service. For example, when creating the Dermal Filler Service, the only way to add the type of filler done is by adding on an additional service. You can't track inventory that way. For something like Sculptra, there is only one option so you are able to add the product on and track inventory. For Filler or Wrinkle relaxers, there are several options to choose from

menu pricing visibility
It would be helpful to see the menu pricing when booking appointments. As of right now, if clients have questions about how much certain services cost, the only way to check on the computer is to fully book an appointment and go to check them out. It would be convenient if you could just add all the services they were interested in, and be told the total. (Because fully booking notifies all of the staff that they are booked and cancelled and it just gets messy and is a lot of steps) Doing it on the computer is so much…

Have a “Price Varies” option.
For services such as neurotoxin, it would be very helpful to have the option to check a box that would put “price varies” in the price section when booking a service.

internal service names
All service categories and service names are shown to the client as they are created in the dashboard, but it would be great to have an internal service name field to be able to make certain distinctions between similar service that are not client facing.

Purchase Orders: Tax and Shipping Fields
Orders from vendors often contain tax/shipping charges. To align the exact amount charged on the order with the purchase order in Boulevard, it would be helpful to have these open fields available and reportable.

Ability to see a quick list of memberships by status for a location in the Memberships tab
This ability would allow the front desk staff to quickly reference and monitor the number of members they have in each status category, and take action when and however needed.

Add prices & duration to the service menus for quick glance.
Please add prices and service durations to both service menus (gear & manage). This would be so helpful to see this info a quick glance. Maybe there could be other categories we could view there, too.

Properly support consumable products (product usage)
This is a ticket that compiles everything to support consumable products from how it's setup and managed, how it's sold, and how it's tracked to differentiate it from retail products and back bar consumption.
Many services require multiple products to be used, so allowing for more than one product to be used per service would allow for better inventory tracking

Service Price Menu Option
Salon services can include variables that may increase prices of individual services. It would be easier to manage clients' expectations if an optional plus sign could be added to the end of custom price settings, to signal a potential increase in the cost of services.

Manage > Membership Plans Toggles to Enable Plans
Currently, each membership plan needs to be clicked into in order to activate it at the location level. It would be much easier to toggle them from the membership list similar to how we can do so in Services and Products

Discounts for products tied to a service (botox, filler, etc)
Hello Skin does not currently have a way to address a special price per unit for services like botox and filler without creating separate services. Instead, they must translate this into a percentage discount within their membership offer settings. Unfortunately, we only support discounts as a whole number. If they have the ability to create a discount such as 10.83% for example, they can be more aligned with the dollar savings they are trying to closely replicate.
