Service Packages with Integrated Product Bundles
I would love the ability to create packages that include both services and retail products as part of a single bundled offering.
Current Limitation:
At the moment, packages are limited to services only. This creates friction when trying to sell results-driven programs that require both in-spa treatments and consistent at-home care.Why This Matters:

Add "Duplicate" to the three dot menu beside products on the manage location screen
One of my most common tasks is duplicating a product as it is often easier than creating a new product from scratch. Adding "duplicate" as an option in the three dot menu beside each product would be a great time saver.

Allow more than one product to be attached to service
Right now there is no way to add more than one product to service. For example, when creating the Dermal Filler Service, the only way to add the type of filler done is by adding on an additional service. You can't track inventory that way. For something like Sculptra, there is only one option so you are able to add the product on and track inventory. For Filler or Wrinkle relaxers, there are several options to choose from

Option to include an expiration on product units
Please give an option for Product Units to expire.
For example we use Product Units to allow patients to pre-pay for Dysport units however we only allow our patients one year until their prepaid vouchers or product units expire.
Currently we have to track this by hand to see if they have remaining units past one year and then manually remove the product units through an expired service checkout process we created to work around the issue.4 votes -
Brand should be a list not a text field for new products
When creating a new product in the Product Builder, the field for 'Brand' should not be a text field, it should be a list and offer the ability to add a new brand, if needed. This would help cut down on naming discrepancies and help keep data for products cleaner.

When creating a service there should be a button on that page to link with an existing intake form.
When creating new monthly "specials" it's easy to forget to link the intake forms necessary for the since its on a completely different tab in the settings menu. It would be nice to have a "add an existing intake form" box/drop down selection on the newly created service so it is not missed.

have a price spot for standalone vs add on
We saw podiums back end and it was nice that each service had a spot for the price of that treatment as a stand-alone and another spot if it was an add on so you didn't have to make two different services just to have an addon. It also had a time slot as a standalone vs a time slot if it was an add on since adding on usually takes less time than doing it alone.

Supplier and Category should be alphabetical for Product Builder
When creating a new product using the Product Builder, the lists of Suppliers and Product Categories should be in alphabetical order.

It would be nice to have search bar inside the "services" menu to make editing services much easier than having to scroll down a long list.

Allow keyboard search on "category" when adding a new product
The new product screen is helpful for "tab" jumping between lines. It would be nice if the "category" drop down allowed you to start typing and showed hints with those letters. As it is you get in a flow of type, tab, and then have to go back to the mouse to click. I would really love to just keep my hands on the keyboard for as much of the process as possible!

Show the original value paid for product units
Please have product units show the original value paid similar to vouchers. (In both wallet and checkout)
At our practice we pay providers a commission on Injectable Services performed however they get a percentage based on the cost paid by the patient, not always the full cost value.
We allow our patients to pre-pay for injectable product units on sale to store in their wallet for later use.
When they come in to redeem their treatment we would like the checkout to reflect the original valued paid for those units (while also not interfering with their correct dollar amount due…2 votes -
New products page fixes
When updating product quantities on the new product page layout the "tab" jumping between fields is much less convenient than the old page layout. If I was in the adjustment column on the old page, entered a number, and hit "tab" it would take me to the adjustment column on the next line. Now it takes me to the updated qty, then the save button for the line, then to the adjustment column on the next line. The old format was much more useful.

Notify provider when there is a opening available for someone on their waitlist.
Having to constantly check the waitlist is time consuming, if we remember to do it at all. Sending the provider a notification that there is availability on their schedule for someone on the waitlist would be super helpful.

As a busy office we can not keep trying to track this down and refunding patients who may have not wanted to renew in full again.

When creating a package, we should be able to designate what each part of the package is worth/charged
Sometimes different people perform different parts of a package so it would be nice to be able to designate how much each part of the package is worth so each person gets paid accordingly.

menu pricing visibility
It would be helpful to see the menu pricing when booking appointments. As of right now, if clients have questions about how much certain services cost, the only way to check on the computer is to fully book an appointment and go to check them out. It would be convenient if you could just add all the services they were interested in, and be told the total. (Because fully booking notifies all of the staff that they are booked and cancelled and it just gets messy and is a lot of steps) Doing it on the computer is so much…

Maintain sort order on product page
When in Manage-products, you can choose a sort order (lowest inventory to highest for example). If you then want to update inventory from that view, it resets to an alphabetical by product name view. The update inventory should maintain the same view that is currently on the screen.
