Create a report for cancellations and no shows
it'd be useful to be able to create a report or summary that shows the number of canceled appointments for a specific window of time, i.e. the number of no-show's for the month, late cancellations, etc.
right now, you can only look one day at a time through the cancellations button on the front desk view.

Future Appointments Report Needed
We need a report that will show how many specific treatments are booked out during a specific time frame. For example, knowing how many Halo lasers are booked in the next 3-6months helps us know how many Halo tips we need to order. Many treatments use specific disposable items and knowing how many to order and have on hand is crucial.

Reporting to see which clients do/do not have a card on file
When trying to tag profiles that still need a card on file, it's a bit tedious to go through each client profile individually. It would be very helpful to be able to create a report that pulls the clients that do/don't have a card on file.

Nightly Summary
Nightly sales report via email. Each night you receive an email with how much you made for the day/weekend. This is what will be deposited into your bank account the following day(mon-thurs). The weekend will be sent out on Sunday night(fri-sun) Includes a list of the follow: clients name, date of service including tips. This includes gift cards sold. Gloss Genius has this feature and I loved it. Bummed its not here.

Cancelation Rate %
It would be amazing to be able to see a Cancelation Rate % of clients who cancel on service provider's schedule. The ideal statistic would show a % which would be factored by the amount of clients who cancel their appointment within the selected time frame, but do not rebook.
This helps because it shows if a certain provider is perhaps doing well in rebookings, but most of the clients then cancel their future appointments so it's not really helpful just to see a high rebooking %.

I would love to see an option in Boulevard that allows individual providers to generate and view reports on their own performance metrics. Having access to personal stats would help providers better understand their strengths, track progress, and set goals.
Examples of metrics that would be helpful include:
Personal sales totals (including retail and enhancements)
Enhancement sales performance
Rebooking rates
Average tip percentage and/or average tip amount
Average ticket value
Client retention metrics
Being able to filter these reports by date range (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) would be especially useful. This feature would empower providers to take ownership of their…

Report with months displayed to understand growth
We need a report that shows a period of time, such as a year, but as a month-by-month comparison. We would also like to be able to compare periods from different years to more easily understand growth.

Please fix reports so you can save the DATE RANGE!!!!
The fact that you can not save the date range ("month to date" or "last month") with the reports is a huge setback
It always resets when you open (re-open) the report.

Need reports for appointments booked day by day
I need ASAP to know the appointments being booked day by day, and I contacted the BLVD person and she is telling me that this is not available inside BLVD and that only can be selected by person performance which is not what I need. Reporting for KPIs needs to be better.
I need a report that sorts out detailed line items in a summary so that I can organize my income into Quickbooks. This also needs the ability to toggle on/off payment types so that I am getting the numbers for Credit Card Purchases, Checks, Cash, Account Balance.
The Purpose is so when Boulevard pays out the credit cards sales, I can sort those payments into the respective category of sales in quickbooks.

Upcoming bookings
I would like to see the amount of future bookings by service. For example, we have a goal to achieve a certain amount of facials in a month. It would be nice to see how many have already been booked for the upcoming month.

Add Discounts to Sales Summary Report or Create a Combined Report
Add Product, Service, Gift Card, Membership, and Voucher/Package Discounts to the sales summary report.
Or Create a specific "Combined Report" for bookkeepers and accountants. A singe report showing: Income (Service, Membership & Product) (Business Cost of Product Sales), Discounts (as mentioned above), Refunds, Liability Income (Voucher/Packages, Gift Cards, Client Accounts), Redeemed Liability, and Tax Totals.
Beyond the Sales Report as the added parts of the Combined Report would include, Payment Distribution, Product Sales, Service Sales Summary, Sales by Service Provider, etc.
This would be very helpful, instead of pulling 3-6 different reports, just because we need 1 piece of information…
