An error occurred while saving the comment Lacey Jones commentedIt is critical for us to have automatic responses for after hours so that patients who call or text are not at risk for medical emergency. We have used Weave in the past with automated response texts for missed calls or texts that directs them to our emergency line and tells our business hours. This is a patient safety issue!
