  1. Instead of uploading photos one by one, allow users to select and upload multiple photos at once directly into the gallery. This would save time, reduce repetitive steps, and make the gallery-building process much smoother.

When I'm searching through a patient's payment history and going into an order I want to be able to get directly back to that clients order history...but once you open an order you can't go back and need to start over by searching for the client again. Would save a ton of time when searching through an individual's orders for something

  5. Users are trying to filter an email marketing list for a specific service provider to target clients who have seen that provider at least three times.

    Currently, when using a filter to a certain staff member and adding a second filter for visit history 3+ the system pulls clients who have visited three times total, regardless of which provider they saw.

    t would be helpful to add the ability to filter based on visits with a specific provider only, as the current setup can be misleading and limits targeted marketing.

  6. Can you create something on a client profile where we can set reminders to reach out to the client in 3 mons 6 mons etc. to follow up. Something that will pop up the day we set it for to reminder us to reach out. It would be really helpful.

  7. Hi Boulevard team,

    I wanted to share a feature suggestion that I think would make a huge difference for providers. I recently switched from Aesthetic Record, and one of the best features that system offers is the integrated photo upload workflow during patient check-in.

    In Aesthetic Record, once a patient checks in, the system automatically prompts staff to take photo, it’s built into the intake flow so the front desk never forgets. This is extremely helpful for compliance and consistency, especially in aesthetic practices where before-and-after documentation is critical.

    Another key feature that would be incredible to have in Boulevard…

  8. Loyalty points are visible in the client profile via the dashboard but not on the Pro App. Most employees use the app so they should show the same info.

  9. It would be really helpful if sticky notes or chart alerts could pop up automatically when opening a patient profile or appointment.

    For example, if a patient has an important note like “Allergic to numbing cream”, “Patient frequently passes out" or “Red flag patient”, it would be ideal for that information to appear immediately rather than relying solely on tags or digging into the patient record.

    Tags are great for categorization, but pop-up notes would ensure that urgent or safety-related information is seen right away by anyone working with that patient.

  11. When a client has several expired vouchers on their account it is difficult to toggle through the account without a delay. It would be easier if I could delete large groups of expired vouchers at one time. At this point I am only able to delete it on at a time.

  12. When adding new clients to boulevard using the ios app, on our phone...we are unable to add a credit card to keep on file like we can using the website. Would love to have this be an option when booking an appointment. There isn't even a way to add it after the appointment is made from the app on our phone. Very limited access. If this can't be done there should be way to have a confirmation email sent to those clients to confirm their personal info along with adding their credit card like they would if they booked online…

  18. It would be great if we could link profiles together as married or children. When children come in we give them their own profile no matter the age so if we could link them to the mom i feel like that would be easier.

  19. Rather than always giving new patients something for being referred, the referrer should get their credit separately without having to give something to new patients. That might not effectively work if you're not always doing a campaign for new patients to always give them 15% off all the time. They should be allowed to be turned on and off individually instead of being on together

  20. I have client list data reports from Botox day that I would like to import. There currently doesn't look like there's an option to do so unless I add each client one by one. I want to be able to text and email blast that report of clients.
