Having a connection between parent and child profiles

A way to capture leads that click to "book now" and start the booking process but do not complete it
It would be great to be able to capture warm leads that do not complete the booking process.

Report for first time clients per day
Make it easy to identify and report on clients who are scheduled for their first visit in the next day (whole business). Right now, the Clients list filters don’t reliably match ‘upcoming first visit’ for a specific date range, so we have to manually scan the Calendar and look for the star icon next to new clients. A simple filter or report view that combines ‘upcoming appointment date’ + ‘first visit’ would save a lot of time.”

Checking receipts in profile history being able to get back to purchase history without starting over
When I'm searching through a patient's payment history and going into an order I want to be able to get directly back to that clients order history...but once you open an order you can't go back and need to start over by searching for the client again. Would save a ton of time when searching through an individual's orders for something

Show more details in a client's history for cancelled appointments
Rather than just showing "cancelled" as a blanket term I would like it to show if it was a late cancel, a now show, or cancelled by staff/client. It would help us be able to track clients show rate more accurately and when to potentially intervene on a chronically late guest, or chronic canceller.

Pop-Up Alerts for Critical Patient Notes
It would be really helpful if sticky notes or chart alerts could pop up automatically when opening a patient profile or appointment.
For example, if a patient has an important note like “Allergic to numbing cream”, “Patient frequently passes out" or “Red flag patient”, it would be ideal for that information to appear immediately rather than relying solely on tags or digging into the patient record.
Tags are great for categorization, but pop-up notes would ensure that urgent or safety-related information is seen right away by anyone working with that patient.

middle initial
Ability to add middle initials to account. We have many clients that have the same exact name (crazy, right), and having a way to list a middle initial to differentiate these clients would make check in much more swift.

Client search should allow a wildcard search for phone number
The client search bar should locate the client list by any part of the phone number, ie by searching the last 4 digits of a phone number.
Having to start with area code + prefix is far slower as salon locations are regional, thus the majority of clients share common area code + prefix.
Searching via last 4 digits and confirming visually from the list should be possible and preferred.Searching gmail.com works for email, why not phone numbers?

Client profile notification when you are leaving the page without saving
Just like when you leave a service without saving, a notification pops up asking if you still want to leave and if you would like to save and exit.

entering saved prices for client after check out.
I have removed the ability to change pricing at the front desk computer and i'd like to be able to go in and retroactively remember a client's price so i dont have to change it later, but this option seems to only be available when they have booked their next appointment or at check out. it would be really helpful to be able to add an accomodation like that at any time
