  1. Since we provide aesthetic services and medical spa services. It would be helpful to turn off tip settings for specific services that it is not customary to tip on. For example laser hair removal or botox services. Having the check out screen bypass the tip setting for certain service would be help. A selection option on the service settings that says. "Turn off tipping for this services" would be helpful.

  3. Option to select multiple photos to upload at once, rather than having to upload photos one at a time, which is very time consuming, especially when there are at least 5 photos to be uploaded.

  6. Includes added functionality to managing consumable products on the client profile and better support exchanging of banked products. Additionally, include configurations to dictate if their banked amounts are visible on client portal

    I would like to be able to add prepaid product units directly to a client's wallet. There needs to be more ways to add credits with notes into a patient's account.

  7. All of the SMS additions that are finally coming out have been very much anticipated and I’m happy to see them, however with every one of these “new features” comes a hefty price tag to use them.
    If we want to use the text receipts and now the new text for review feature we’ll officially be spending more on texts than we are on BLVD itself. It’s costing us $200 a month just to have confirmations and reminders sent out. For the price point of BLVD to only receive 250 "Free" texts is a bit restrictive in 2024. Every other…

  9. I love that clients can see their available vouchers on the client portal as well as what their membership perks are. I would like them to also be able to see their account credit balance on the portal.

When someone creates a new online profile(new client bookings) the system should notify provider(s) that they have a booking with a new client and then send the client an email confirmation that is more tailored to new clients (advertises add-ons that may be beneficial, links to first timer tips or the provider website).

  11. We would like the option to modify the text in the Review Request window. This will allow us to redirect our Clients to other platforms in which to leave a review. Such as our google profile.

    Currently, the review request redirects to boulevard and we would like an option to customize this.

  13. Please allow gift cards of larger amounts to be sold. we have multiple services $500 + and that is the max amount currently able to be sold.

    also, please allow 'walk-ins' or patients who call to purchase a gift card for a friend/family members account.

    scenario: we had a patients daughter call and want to purchase a giftcard for her moms upcoming visit ($1000)

  16. By accident, staff can easily book an appointment manually on the schedule with the white background on the calendar. Please let us choose a color for the unavailable hours. Black would be ideal because it is so different from the light background colors of the staff's available hours. Thanks!

  17. We offer a wide variety of services and some of those are not bookable online due to the complexity of them. It would be helpful to add a button for services like this.
    Ex: Client is interested in a color correction. They must select in “call now” to set up the service. Or, client wants extensions but have no idea what application method they should choose. They don’t even know we have those offered as they are not bookable online since it may be a 1hr service or a 6 hour service and they may need to get a color…

  18. Regarding the new review platform, I see some improvements over previous iterations. However, the ideal configuration would be a direct prompt to a review platform of our choice, such as Yelp/Google. Once the customer spends generous time reviewing us internally on BLVD platform, they are unlikely to follow prompt for additional posting. We are essentially cannibalising our own reviews by using this feature.

  19. This feature would introduce the ability to track lot numbers and expiration dates for inventory items. Currently, the system only allows input of quantities, SKU/UPC, pricing, cost, category, and brand information. The proposed enhancement would:

    • Add fields for lot numbers and expiration dates in the inventory management system
    • Enable tracking of products by lot, improving traceability
    • Allow for better management of perishable or time-sensitive inventory
    • Facilitate easier recalls or identification of expired products
    • Enhance reporting capabilities to include lot and expiration information
