Upload Multiple Photos to patient gallery
Option to select multiple photos to upload at once, rather than having to upload photos one at a time, which is very time consuming, especially when there are at least 5 photos to be uploaded.

Internal Messaging
Internal messaging within employees, like a chat or inbox. To remind them to call/follow up with a patient. Or a "Hey your patient is ready for you". It would be very helpful.

Time blocks should have a notes section
My salon uses time blocks to let certain employees know about tasks that need to be done at that time / for that day. We want to be able to add notes to the time block, instead of it just being one long title that runs off the edge of the note.
Ideally we can open a time block and see a longer note inside of it, just like notes on a client's appointment.

Upload Inventory Audit for Reconciliation
Inventory audits are TIME CONSUMING! Currently physical counts are then manually compared to Boulevard counts, which adds up to hours of time investment each month. Would love the option to upload a form that includes our physical counts, which would then auto-flag items with discrepancies. This would save a tremendous amount of work. (This functionality exists in other software brands, so would also help to keep Boulevard in par with its competitors) :)

Auto assign staff to services
There should be a way to auto-toggle staff as assignable when creating new services. Or assign to specific roles.
Ex: new Massage service -> toggles all providers within Massage Therapist role.6 votes -
provider tasks
There needs to be a way to assign tasks to providers. If a provider needs their nurse or assistant to call in a medication for a pt, there should be a way to the provider to assign that task to the nurses profile.

Allow businesses to put expiration on gift cards. In system it does not expire them after the law allowed … example in tn its 2 years.
There’s no way to expire gift cards. For example the system should allow us to put in our states guidelines and the gift cards automatically expire…

Digital Gift Cards. In general the in person/phone gift card purchase option for Boulevard kinda stinks.
Offering digital gift cards with an auto generated gift card number would be great! We do not offer physical gift cards. So, the only way for us to sell gift cards at the salon is through the salon website via Boulevard.

INTEGRATING WITH CLASS PASS INTO BOULEVARD.
THIS SMALL INTEGRATION MAKES IT WORK ON THE BOULEVARDS SIDE, GIVING THE SALON A FULL LEVEL OF REVENUE AND NEW CLIENTS FROM OTHER NEIGHBORHOODS. MANY PAY NORMAL SERVICES TOO, AND PAYMENTS WHEN INTEGRATED IS BI-WEEKLY. THE INTEGRATION MAKES SURE THE CLIENTS FILL SLOW SPOTS AS WELL AS ALL LATE APTS , LAST MIN CANCELATIONS, AND NO-SHOWS ARE ALL PAID IN FULL

Should be able to put in an hourly rate for compensation for employees in the time clock feature.
Self explanatory in question. You can put in compensation for everything other than what an employees hourly rate is even though they're on the clock. If they're on the clock, most likely they are receiving an hourly wage in addition to commission.

Staff Chat
Build chat box for messages between staff members, seperate from the messages tab for clients. Maybe it could be a small pop up window on the bottom right corner.

Ability to have specific member vs. non-member pricing for every service
It would be great if you could add a 'default member price' option next to the 'default price' that is on the service details page. We have specific pricing we want our members to pay, but the membership perk options aren't allowing us the flexibility we need.

Make request clients easier to see on the schedule
Make it easier to identify if a client is a request on the schedule by creating a red boarder line on the left of the appointment.
