  1. Option to select multiple photos to upload at once, rather than having to upload photos one at a time, which is very time consuming, especially when there are at least 5 photos to be uploaded.

  3. Inventory audits are TIME CONSUMING! Currently physical counts are then manually compared to Boulevard counts, which adds up to hours of time investment each month. Would love the option to upload a form that includes our physical counts, which would then auto-flag items with discrepancies. This would save a tremendous amount of work. (This functionality exists in other software brands, so would also help to keep Boulevard in par with its competitors) :)

  4. My salon uses time blocks to let certain employees know about tasks that need to be done at that time / for that day. We want to be able to add notes to the time block, instead of it just being one long title that runs off the edge of the note.

    Ideally we can open a time block and see a longer note inside of it, just like notes on a client's appointment.

  5. Bulk editing of products would be a time saving feature. For example, if a particular brand/product line will be purchased from a different vendor a bulk edit would be beneficial so we don't have to individually switch them over.

  9. For this example, imagine it is 11/20/25. I need to look at sales for 11/5/25. I want to check multiple transactions/order #s for that date. After viewing each order to go back to 11/5/25 I need to do the extra step of filtering the sales for that date again. It would be most helpful to be able to return that specific date with a back arrow vs needing to filter all sales again.

  11. If a client normally receives a monthly facial as part of their membership but isn't able to come in for 2 months, they should be able to take those 2 unused facials and upgrade to a higher level facial. For example, the membership provides a monthly Signature Facial. But, the client hasn't been to the office in 2 months. The value of the services owed equates to that of a higher valued facial (Hydrafacial for example). They should be able to "swap" the 2 unused facials and the system should be able to "pick them up" from the client's unused…

  15. We have clients who come weekly for weight loss injections as part of a membership program. We need to renew every 28 days, not "monthly on the start date". Due to calendar cycles, this is causing a lapse in coverage. Would it be possible to add this option to the renewal period?

  17. when making a blocked time on schedule there is the opportunity to choose from weekly, monthly, yearly if you click that the event should repeat. would love the opportunity to choose daily as well.

  19. When a customer is checking in and enters their phone number, the arrow button at the top should turn green, so that they don't move forward with entering their email address, as it begins to confuse the customer and trips them up, Every Single Time!!!

  20. I’d like the ability to create a drip-style membership program where clients automatically receive different vouchers, perks, or rewards on specific months of their membership. For example, one month might include a voucher for service A, while another month could include a voucher for service B. The goal is to have these benefits distributed automatically based on a set schedule, rather than all at once.
