Internal Messaging
Internal messaging within employees, like a chat or inbox. To remind them to call/follow up with a patient. Or a "Hey your patient is ready for you". It would be very helpful.

100%. There is another post that is very similar to this one. Would be great so the team can keep track of shop relevant communications (upcoming sales, heads up about changes, projects, task, etc) without having to have another platform we have to keep up with (slack, goog chat, ect) or just a notebook to write in.
