The ability to send your client post-care instructions at checkout would be great! Still handing out paper copies =(

The purpose of us paying for an EMR system is to send out proper communication before and after appointments. It is important we have this feature available especially when it is available with other EMRs that are less in price or even similar priced. We went with this system from Zenoti because we thought is was as robust but more simple then what we were dealing with, but for the same price we could have all of the features that BLVD is missing, including thing like price check, pre/post care instructions, an actual client portal log in not a confusing redirect, etc. We held out on BLVD for years and thought it had advanced but finding it is still very behind and needing significant updates. Sadly this request was put in several months ago and it has yet to be updated. I think it is a disservice for a company to advertise or promote being a medical EMR and not being able to communicate with clients properly.

This is needed so bad and again a key feature to a Medical organization as a Medspa and lacking in Boulevard. For a simple salon, a single post-service message may apply to all services, but not having post-service messages that can be customized to specific services is really lacking.

In Service Set up, we should be able to assign Pre and Post messages to be automatically sent out.
In Email together as an overview-which we use a form for currently but once they close/complete the form, they cannot view it again.
Text Pre a selected number of days before and Post sends out at checkout. A lot of other programs have this option, it should be included with this one, especially with how much more expensive this one is -

Also will be useful to be able to set automatization to send and email with this pre and post information depending and link to the service that will be done.

Would love for clients to be able to simply see all of their forms on the Client Portal even after they have signed them. We use "forms" so the client has to sign their pre/post treatment protocol before their appointment. But once they sign it they can't go back and see it - so we have to print them at checkout.

We attach them to the appt as a form, but once they've "signed" it they can no longer open it. They need to be able to open them after the appointment

This should definitely be an auto send under any medical grade service that has after care instructions assigned to it. I assumed things like this would already be included for this price.

Yes, I would see this working well with sets of saved post-care instructions and when completing a checkout there is a pop up that asks which, if any saved post-care instructions you would like to send and if you want to send it as an email, text or both.
