9. when I go to a client in the system I should be able to send them forms and charts. having to book a new appointment is tedious

    This should definitely be an auto send under any medical grade service that has after care instructions assigned to it. I assumed things like this would already be included for this price.

13. Inventory depletion based on appt type. Every IV infusion I do should deplete 1 IV bag, co-band, alcohol swab, etc.
