We need to be able to send a patient a form request link when they do not have an upcoming appointment scheduled. If a form is forgotten due to a service being added in the room there should be a way to add it to their chart to fill out after check out! This is an important legal necessity so that providers do not need to add it on the back end looking like it was forged.

Also being able to push the new chart to the duo app.. like lets say they add a new treatment on while they're in the room and the front desk needs them to sign the consent
