INSTEAD OF TWO TRANSACTIONS IT SHOULD STAY AS ONE, lets say someone is getting botox and wants to also purchase a package. instead of two transactions it should just stay in the one transaction and then you can do it all together... deduct the package and sell them the botox and sell the package all in one. you feel me??

Also being able to push the new chart to the duo app.. like lets say they add a new treatment on while they're in the room and the front desk needs them to sign the consent

Vouchers should be able to be purchased straight from the appointment checkout page and auto applied to the days appointment.. right now it seems like an extra step to have to go sell the package first then come checkout the appointment...

1000000%% We need to see the performance of OUR business, why does the staff see performance and not the business its quite laughable. I agree about not have making the switch if i knew about the limitations of the app.. They need to implement this asap and it should be super easy

This is extremly important.. When we are busy the provider can forget to chart and then they forget because there is no notification letting them know there is an outstanding chart!!!
