Businesses want more visibility into the vouchers a client has available including expiration dates, qtys, etc and more flexibility to exchange voucher(s) for different service(s)

Price Check
We would like for there to be an icon/button where we can search for a service/product/membership/package and it would display the price. There isn't an easy way to search for a service/product/membership/package and to find the price.

Managing consumable products on Client Profile and Client Portal
Includes added functionality to managing consumable products on the client profile and better support exchanging of banked products. Additionally, include configurations to dictate if their banked amounts are visible on client portal
I would like to be able to add prepaid product units directly to a client's wallet. There needs to be more ways to add credits with notes into a patient's account.

gift card
We NEED to update the gift card section of this booking software. It is near impossible to locate our clients' gift cards in our system. 9/10 times people are not buying gift cards for themselves, so it makes NO sense to only attach gift cards to the person who purchased them. We NEED a "To: " and "From:_" section, it also needs an expiration date column, because ours expire after 5 years and there is no way to tell on this system. Offer the ability for salons to send clients an invoice and click to pay link via text and/or email
We have clients who would like to pay ahead for future appointments who have requested to be invoiced.
Other clients need to be invoiced for missed appointments.
Some elderly clients come in and would like a link to pay sent to their adult child that manages their funds... and teens who come in who have parents that pay for them would like the same option.22 votes -

Ability to Reopen Ticket After Refund
Sometimes we accidentally select the wrong checkout option. For example, under “Other” payments we may use Alle points and forget to switch the payment type when charging the remaining balance. This results in the entire transaction being checked out under “Other,” and we then have to refund the payment and redo it.
Currently, the only way to recharge the client is to create a new appointment, which adds unnecessary steps and makes it look like the client came twice. It would be helpful if, after refunding the original ticket, there were an option to reopen the encounter so we could…

Allow an option to add a "parent account" for children or spouses with the same card info
add an option to "link" another client's payment method to their spouse or child's account that will automatically show up as a payment method in checkout and wallet.

gift card max balance
For giftcard sales the max balance needs to be higher then 500.00 Max needs to ba at least 1000.00. We are a spa and have people wanting to put 700-1000 on theirs and we cant do that now. Doing two different cards to equal the total they want is an inconvenience to the clients.

Increase Gift Card Amounts
Please allow gift cards of larger amounts to be sold. we have multiple services $500 + and that is the max amount currently able to be sold.
also, please allow 'walk-ins' or patients who call to purchase a gift card for a friend/family members account.
scenario: we had a patients daughter call and want to purchase a giftcard for her moms upcoming visit ($1000)

Increase gift card max and allow multiple gift card purchases in one transaction
Current gift card max is $500, which limits our ability to sell gift card bonus specials. Plus you can't even buy multiple gift cards in one transaction to offset that limit. Please fix this. You should be able to buy gift cards for any value.

Prompting tip option even when credits cover full total
When a customer has credits that cover their full balance, it completely bypasses the tip option at checkout. There should be the ability to ask them if they want to add a gratuity on their credit card

It would be great if the front (client) facing screen showed any discount applied to their products/service when they are checking out.
Currently when I add a discount to a service or product they client does not see it on their side when going through the check out process. I then have to take time to explain that they will see the discount on their receipt. It would be nice if they saw the breakdown of the charges to include discounts when they are checking out.

Abliity to copy and paste a gift card number from wallet to check out screen
It is so inconvenient that you can not copy a gift card number or identification from a client's wallet and paste when checking a client out.

text/email invoices from boulevard!!!
PLEASE allow us to text/email customers their invoices through boulevard. this would be fantastic for those who see a product on social media, and they want to reserve and pay for their product ahead of time when limited stock.
