  3. Includes added functionality to managing consumable products on the client profile and better support exchanging of banked products. Additionally, include configurations to dictate if their banked amounts are visible on client portal

    I would like to be able to add prepaid product units directly to a client's wallet. There needs to be more ways to add credits with notes into a patient's account.

  4. We NEED to update the gift card section of this booking software. It is near impossible to locate our clients' gift cards in our system. 9/10 times people are not buying gift cards for themselves, so it makes NO sense to only attach gift cards to the person who purchased them. We NEED a "To: " and "From:_" section, it also needs an expiration date column, because ours expire after 5 years and there is no way to tell on this system.   8. We have clients who would like to pay ahead for future appointments who have requested to be invoiced.

    Other clients need to be invoiced for missed appointments.

    Some elderly clients come in and would like a link to pay sent to their adult child that manages their funds... and teens who come in who have parents that pay for them would like the same option.

  10. It would be great to have access to adjust an order after it's been completed. If it was finalized wrong, for example, missing a discount, it would be great to adjust the original order by "refunding" the first service/product, then adding it correctly and then finalizing again so that we are only adjusting the client's payment by the difference instead of refunding the entire thing, just to rebook and finalize again.

  12. A patient will sometimes buy a package and want to use the first item of the package the same day they buy it. currently, you have to do 2 individual orders to complete it. this makes it much more complex and takes extra time at checkout and can be confusing in the patient summary.

  13. There should be a simple and efficient way to modify or update a service during guest checkout without needing to delete and recreate the entire service entry. Additionally, any changes made should not remove the corresponding block from the calendar view.

  14. Current gift card max is $500, which limits our ability to sell gift card bonus specials. Plus you can't even buy multiple gift cards in one transaction to offset that limit. Please fix this. You should be able to buy gift cards for any value.

  17. For giftcard sales the max balance needs to be higher then 500.00 Max needs to ba at least 1000.00. We are a spa and have people wanting to put 700-1000 on theirs and we cant do that now. Doing two different cards to equal the total they want is an inconvenience to the clients.

  18. Please allow gift cards of larger amounts to be sold. we have multiple services $500 + and that is the max amount currently able to be sold.

    also, please allow 'walk-ins' or patients who call to purchase a gift card for a friend/family members account.

    scenario: we had a patients daughter call and want to purchase a giftcard for her moms upcoming visit ($1000)

  19. Hi everyone. I’m genuinely looking for insight because we are at a breaking point.

    We are a busy medical spa processing high-dollar transactions daily, and the Boulevard terminal issues have become incredibly disruptive to our operations. There have been multiple instances where the terminal simply won’t process payments at checkout. We ask patients to re-run their card several times, they call their bank while standing at the desk, and the bank doesn’t even see an attempted transaction. It’s embarrassing and it undermines trust at the end of what should be a seamless visit.

  20. I am forever having to scroll and find where I left off when trying to bulk edit inventory or sales or anything. IT IS DRIVING ME BONKERS. I should be able to open the sale or product, make the edit, and return to exactly where I left off. Why in the world is this not a feature? Why am I using Boulevard? I can't send invoices, I can't bulk edit, I can't get inventory alerts, I can't bulk merge clients, I can't get a report on duplicate clients, and okay, I can't do all these things so I'll do them…
