We would like for there to be an icon/button where we can search for a service/product/membership/package and it would display the price. There isn't an easy way to search for a service/product/membership/package and to find the price.

Alert to notify a business when a client has a card on file with an upcoming expiration date to prompt collecting an updated payment method.

Offer the ability for salons to send clients an invoice and click to pay link via text and/or email
We have clients who would like to pay ahead for future appointments who have requested to be invoiced.
Other clients need to be invoiced for missed appointments.
Some elderly clients come in and would like a link to pay sent to their adult child that manages their funds... and teens who come in who have parents that pay for them would like the same option.11 votes -

It would be helpful to have an option to send a client an invoice to complete payment at a later date. We would use this in our clinic for product purchases.

service updates
There should be a simple and efficient way to modify or update a service during guest checkout without needing to delete and recreate the entire service entry. Additionally, any changes made should not remove the corresponding block from the calendar view.

Dont save same credit card multiple times
The system should alert if the card being scanned is already on file. Sometimes client will have the same credit card saved multiple times on their profile.

gift card
We NEED to update the gift card section of this booking software. It is near impossible to locate our clients' gift cards in our system. 9/10 times people are not buying gift cards for themselves, so it makes NO sense to only attach gift cards to the person who purchased them. We NEED a "To: " and "From:_" section, it also needs an expiration date column, because ours expire after 5 years and there is no way to tell on this system. The ability to add to an order after it's been finalized
It would be great to have access to adjust an order after it's been completed. If it was finalized wrong, for example, missing a discount, it would be great to adjust the original order by "refunding" the first service/product, then adding it correctly and then finalizing again so that we are only adjusting the client's payment by the difference instead of refunding the entire thing, just to rebook and finalize again.

In-Store E - Gift Cards. We sell a lot of gift cards and we need to be able to sell e-giftcards online . is this something coming in the future? this is vital to our business during the holiday season and had I known this was not an option I might have chosen another platform to run business.

Easily edit price for services
Too many clicks to make edits on services or products at checkout. The price field is already there. Should be able to click right in it rather than the three dots and dropdown menu.

tips
please allow tipping to be customizable. Id like to turn tipping off at the Duo, but allow tips to be manually entered if a client wants to tip. Or have tipping turned off for some services and on for others. I don't like our weight loss and HRT clients being asked to tip

When checking out with cash- have the amount of cash back to give to client shown.
It would speed up the checkout process if a client pays in cash- to be able to enter the amount of cash given to you and have the system show you the cash back to give to the client.

In offers a buy one get one 50% off for example discounts both items when you click on the offer. It should only discount the lessor priced
If you set up buy one get one 50% off and select the promo code it discounts both items instead of the one that is lessor. It should let us select the item or automatically select the lessor item. It's easy to forget and then it discounts both items.

When a customer has a credit on their acct, it would be great if that credit was more visible.
A credit on an account should be in red so that the person checking them out see's it easily.

Increase gift card max and allow multiple gift card purchases in one transaction
Current gift card max is $500, which limits our ability to sell gift card bonus specials. Plus you can't even buy multiple gift cards in one transaction to offset that limit. Please fix this. You should be able to buy gift cards for any value.
