When gift card is less than total at checkout, default to the gift card amount
When a client has a gift card for less than the total of the order, the gift card "charge" line defaults to the total amount. We then have to click on the line and change the charge to be the total on the gift card. I propose making the default the lesser of the amount on the gift card or the order total to save clicks and typing.
