    There is a new reporting system coming out soon (I am in the beta test for it) You can download a pretty clean report of service names, categories, and prices that you can then dump into excel for historical pricing or to format to print a quick cheat sheet.

    The new reporting has a couple small issues, but is SOOO nice overall. I have been very impressed with it!

  8. Not all providers are eligable for tipping. An option to turn tipping on and off for individual providers would be very helpful.

    We have a computer that is basically in kiosk mode to just show our daily calendar. It would be so nice to have some form of account that allows this kiosk mode without having to log in every day. (I get the idea of logging everyone out, but having a limited account that can stay logged in for this purpose would be a great touch)

    It's not ideal, but we started making out default timing 15 minutes longer and then doing accommodations to the shorter time once someone has been in. It is slightly painful at first, but now that all of our existing clients are taken care of, it just works.

    There is new reporting coming - and you can customize the reporting to show Boulevard reviews and download right to excel to print from there!

    It is time consuming, but we started out with boulevard by adding a credit card emoji to each client profile that had a card on file. It then shows up in the app and on the desktop. It isn't 100% accurate as their card can expire and still have the emoji, but it works most of the time.
