    Would love an option to merge using like a checkbox beside profiles in the client search results. This would make it so much easier to merge them!

    A geofence or IP restriction for our wifi network would be very nice for this. We just use the computer in our break room, but working from the phone would be useful if we could make sure they are really at work first!

    Group booking has been a problem for 6+ years. I don't think it is a priority for Boulevard. We have so many people book one person for a Side by Side massage. We have warnings, explanations, etc... and they still do it wrong.

    I have a "promotional" payment method that I use for all of my donations. That way I can track the gift cards that I donate to at least one payment method, and I can easily account for them as donations when I do my book keeping.

    We always want to upsell sauna and salt room as add-ons. Other software encourages this way to get more revenue. Boulevard has done nothing to allow this option. So the rooms languish and people miss out on great opportunities.

    Some of this is related to the fact that there is only one forward looking summary (that I know of) and no forward looking reports. Fixing the no forward looking reports would fix all of this for you as you could create the report and share it with the required staff.

    Adding to the waiting list from the appointment search would be a great addition. So often we are searching for a service and times don't work but they want on the waiting list. Just clicking "Add to waitlist" and auto populating their name and the service would be helpful

    I agree with major updates causing weirdness during the day. It has been a while, but I know we have had updates in the middle of the day change the checkout flow with absolutely no warning. It was just suddenly different for us to figure out on the fly.
