We rarely have disputes, but I gave up fighting them. The card company takes the full charge plus $30 fee. Ever time I have fought it I end up losing and then I think they charge another $30 to process me fighting it.
Now I just let it go as I lose more in fees than it is worth trying to recoup.
The whole system is so broken. I don't feel like any documentation we provide can do anything to change the banks mind.

I just had ChatGPT write a little program to find duplicate clients from the csv of my client list. It took me about 20 minutes of work with Chat and then about 2 seconds on my pc to sort through my 21,000 clients and spit out a report of the nearly 3000 duplicates. If I as a non-programmer can come up with this in 30 minutes it seems like something that Boulevard should be able to implement.

Would love an option to merge using like a checkbox beside profiles in the client search results. This would make it so much easier to merge them!

A geofence or IP restriction for our wifi network would be very nice for this. We just use the computer in our break room, but working from the phone would be useful if we could make sure they are really at work first!

This has been shared so many times on here, starting nearly 6 years ago. I wouldn't hold my breath for it to get fixed any time soon.

Group booking has been a problem for 6+ years. I don't think it is a priority for Boulevard. We have so many people book one person for a Side by Side massage. We have warnings, explanations, etc... and they still do it wrong.

I have a "promotional" payment method that I use for all of my donations. That way I can track the gift cards that I donate to at least one payment method, and I can easily account for them as donations when I do my book keeping.

The fact that former providers completely disappear from the entire record is so frustrating! Yes, they no longer work here, but their appointments really happened, and people really saw them.
It is so frustrating to have to reactivate them to get certain reports to run or to see a day on the calendar.
