We have this with massages. If people have a note from a doctor their massage is healthcare and non-taxed. We have to edit their appointment and then adjust pricing on the non-tax massage to match. It would definitely be easier to have an option to remove the tax at the checkout window. (with an appropriate permission level required)

I would love to see privilege settings for almost any item in the software. A high level "reports" and then a lower level for "summaries" and "reports" then options for each summary individually. (And same idea for every other area of the software)

A mechanism to decide what discounts are covered by business and which ones should have commission paid would be very helpful (and remove one report from my payroll run)

The duo checkout screen is not super clear about what is being charged to the credit card. I am often left trying to look at it and explain to people what exactly they will be charged. and then comforting them by saying they can call back if anything is wrong. If the screen was just super clear about what their card is being charged it would make all of that unnecessary.

I have at least one person every week that is confused about how much was charged because of the final screen on the iPad. It should really show the entire payment breakdown on the final screen! I usually end up printing a receipt so they can see the actual charge, but some people are still pretty skeptical and think we are trying to cheat them.

I just ran into this for the first time the other day and assumed that I had done something wrong! Apparently it is a bug in the software!
Please fix it! The unavailable option should only impact the one day either to apply or remove!
