This is a legit bug (that I have been apparently been complaining about for 5 years). Is anything going to be done about this? I just missed a text from a customer because the auto reply triggered and hid their message.
Does Anyone at Boulevard read these posts? I feel like we are all abandoned out here with nobody paying attention to the real needs of the people that pay the bills.

Having the option for a pop-up type notification would be great. I can get those for my email through my browser, so I know it is a thing that can happen.

I keep finding that people put cards in, then have them turned off, or use fake numbers. We can almost never charge the card on file when people late cancel or no-show anyway. It is a problem bigger than Boulevard.

Any type of scheduling for admin staff would be great. I can't figure out why there is email marketing (when mailchimp, flodesk, etc... all exist) but there isn't a simple schedule setup for front desk staff that most of us already have! Scheduling is the thing Boulevard does!

I will always vote for forward looking reports! Having just one (okay, two-ish) forward looking reports is just nonsense!
