Boulevard AI Receptionist
We are switching from Mindbody which has an AI feature built in which we have used tremendously. The AI answers missed calls via text scheduling, rescheduling, or answering questions. It can be built into the practice website to have an extra scheduling option. This feature schedules appointments totally of $5,000+ for us each month when we are closed or on another line with a client.

Messenger Ai does this and there are tons of other systems coming out now that support this function.. please implement asap

When a call comes in, a text containing our booking link is sent to the client so they can self-book. When a call is received, we quickly send a text with our convenient booking link, allowing clients to effortlessly schedule their appointments.

To assist in the capture of leads and enhance client experience, it would be great to integrate an AI receptionist through Boulevard that can answer calls, field questions from leads/clients based on a knowledge database specific to the practice, and assist leads/clients with scheduling appointments -- much like Ring Central's AI receptionist service. The AI would have access to the client database, services, products etc., and would be able to text leads/clients that message through the Boulevard system, which will allow for immediate follow-ups to questions, concerns, or scheduling needs, leading to a better integrated and more complete client experience. Additionally, the AI would gather data from the conversations, like the most common FAQ by leads/clients, lead name/number/email, for expanding the specific clinic knowledge base of the AI and follow-up marketing and lead generation campaigns.

Automation on client upsells/upgrades during self in person check in.
Make it accessible for us to use a kiosk instead of hiring receptionist, we can just have self check in services that will also ask clients on potential upgrades relevant to their already booked service to support the practitioners.
Rid of human receptionist and is consistent to offering memberships/added upgraded services during check in/out.
The goal is to eventually replace the front desk receptionist to virtual as we adapt to current times with AI coming in.

This would be great paired with another feature that allows a designation assigned at booking whether the client's timing is flexible or not. If not, do no prompt a text to move them.

Have the developers at Boulevard thought about any ways to implement AI to answer phone calls during salon business off-hours? A few other software companies have pitched this and it seems like a great idea for the future of booking.

A messenger bot that actively scans the schedule searching for inefficiencies in the timing of appointments.
1.) Give the bot info on how your appointment timing works. (i.e. a 30 minute takes up three 15 minute spaces or a 60 minute occupies five.)
2.) Bot determines which appointments to move in order to increase room for additional appointments
3.) The bot engages with the client over sms asking to move up or down
4.) The appointment is moved and confirmation is sent
We use online booking exclusively and sometimes the schedule becomes fragmented and productivity is lost. This is why we actively manage the schedule a week out. It's a very menial and repetitive task that provides a lot of value!
I would definitely expect to pay extra for this add-on.

Partner ship with a phone answering service that has a live person that can answer call and book using boulevard. This would help to take calls and scheduling out of the salon to streamline calls and books. i.e. a service like https://www.answeringservicecare.net/
