Pre and Post Treatment Forms
I suggest that you guys add pre and post treatment forms that can be automatically sent out prior to procedures and after the client checks out.

This is vital for us. It's very difficult to manage manually sending pre-appointment instructions and post-care instructions.

Reality is boulevard is an over priced system that is not made for medspas. It lacks basic means like being able to directly send post care and send individual charts to overseeing physician. I have previously used calysta pro and considering going back. I’m giving boulevard to October to see if they can even be on par with basics EMR and if not I’m changing systems

A text and/or email that has pre appointment instructions when booked and post instructions when completed. Many other platforms have this and customizable to each service.

We need the ability to send post-care instructions to patients following any treatment. These instructions should be delivered via email and include key details such as: Expected downtime, Expected reactions and Dos and don’ts after the procedure.
There should also be an option at checkout to choose whether or not to send the post-care instructions—similar to how online receipts are managed—since regular or returning patients may not require them every time.

Once the patient reviews the instructions and automatically hits submit, the instructions are archived and they are not able to access for review later. Please make the instructions accessible permanently so they can check post treatment etc
