The sign off process is ridiculous with boulevard should be able to select exact charts you want signed off and then medical director should be able to login and sign off on them all. I agree boulevard has to October for me to fix this or I’m going back to a way cheaper system that is way more user friendly. This system if very expensive and lacks basic things

State requires 20% of patient charts to be signed off by overseeing physician. System needs to allow providers to add signature tab on certain charts. EMR system has no way to be selective on what charts are being signed off.

Reality is boulevard is an over priced system that is not made for medspas. It lacks basic means like being able to directly send post care and send individual charts to overseeing physician. I have previously used calysta pro and considering going back. I’m giving boulevard to October to see if they can even be on par with basics EMR and if not I’m changing systems
