Oh wow look. Another great "idea" that should be a standard feature for Med Spas that has been ignored for over 4 years... What a surprise! Would be nice to send lab results. Why even recruit medical spas when you ignore a HIPPA compliant messaging request for this long?

A HIPAA complaint patient messaging system within a patient portal is critical in a medical setting. Adding this feature, along with staff to staff messaging and task assignment would reduce the burden of having another medical record within out clinic. Please consider prioritizing this! :)

If you are going to market to MedSpa's I think these HIPPA requirements are crucial for our business.

Secure messaging that you can send privacy protected information in like lab results, etc.

When a patient schedules an appointment they get a detailed email that includes personal information like what treatment they are getting. Med spas have to practice hipaa and this is a huge violation.
