The Duo credit card reader is currently down system-wide, and support has confirmed this is a known issue under active investigation. This creates an immediate operational problem: patients are being seen today and cannot pay at checkout due to a platform-wide failure outside of our control.
Given this outage, functionality needs to be enabled or rolled out immediately! This feature was never critical when payments were functioning normally, but today’s situation highlights why it’s essential. This needs solved NOW.

Boulevard urgently needs to address gratuity controls. The current all-or-nothing setup is not acceptable for any medical spa operating legally and professionally. Gratuity prompts cannot appear for medical treatments or licensed medical providers, yet they are required for esthetic services. At this time, your system forces businesses like ours to either violate medical compliance standards or remove gratuities entirely, which is not a workable option. We need the ability to turn gratuities on or off at the provider level and the service level. This is not a convenience feature but a compliance requirement, and it needs to be prioritized immediately.

I agree with everything being said. The endless 5 star reviews on Boulevard mean nothing. Nobody completes the extra step to provide the Google Review. They all quit after the first review (I don't blame them). I want ALL of the reviews to be public on google. I understand the thought process... Provide a place for unhappy people to vent privately first. However, I've never even seen a negative review on Boulevard! The precaution is not worth it. Please allow us to choose google reviews first!
