I suggest you put a google review link in the follow up text after a service.
I love that customers can do a review in their follow up texts, but it would be even better if they had a link to give us a review on google. Otherwise, these reviews are only seen internally. I would like these great reviews to be seen by everyone.

Yeas please. The ratings feature doesn't really give anyone visibility. The goggle review text on the checkout receipt would be ideal. That way you help us grow and rank higher on google.

I agree! I would like the edit the automated rating text to put a link directly to my google reviews rather than the internal rating. Clients don't have the attention span to click on a rating, then leave an internal review for boulevard, then click on the next link to finally leave a google review,
