    The email needs to send automatically at checkout based on the type of treatment. There is no reason we shouldn't be able to set this up in the backup to automatically happen.

    Post care instructions need to be sent out automatically at checkout based on appointment time. There is no reason this is not an option in an aesthetics based EMR. In aesthetic record it did this and i had no idea when switching over it would not longer be an option

    This is a basic request to be able to link specific post care instructions to send after a treatment is completed and have different ones linked to the different services.

    We need this so bad! Doing a manual message or giving paper is not realistic. This should absolutely be included in a medspa based EMR

    This is critical! Only being able to apply one product for product usage within a service is very frustrating. We do combo treatments where we use multiple tips from different devices and need to track both in the same service

    This needs to be updated ASAP! It takes triple the time to chart in this EMR because of this. Photos are so important in aesthetics and it doesn't make sense why this wouldn't be a feature in the first place for an aesthetics based EMR.

    This has taken so much of my time and it is so unessecary. We should be able to click the photos we want uploaded all at one time in the order we want them. It is very frustrating to have to scroll through my camera roll 5 different times to get the photos uploaded for just one patient.

    It would be much better if we could send pre and post care instructions separately at a specific time before and after the treatment is completed and have individual ones linked to the different services that are offered

    Would love if I could automate follow up texts depending on the type of treatment. Basically link a specific follow up text for a certain amount of days after the treatment depending on which treatment was given.
