Name, DOB and the date should auto-populate.

Our clients are getting SO FRUSTRATED having to re-type their name, DOB and that date on every form at check-in. These should really auto-populate once assigned to the client. I know it's definitely possible, as I created out forms on Form Designer on our old software and those auto-populated.

    They say its because of a security feature but that should not be an issue as the client has a profile created, once they complete the initial registration form we should be able to auto populate the information for the client forms as we do for the progress notes. I have worked with numerous systems in the medical and med spa community and this is the only one that will not auto populate that I have had experience with. The clients hate it and are complaining all the time and we have only been live for about 4 weeks.

    You can already create them to auto-populate name and DOB. All of my charts do this already...

    Agree a billion times. So critical. I've been asking for this since we onboarding 2 years ago.

    Not just their DOB but their actual AGE at the date of service. We like Boulevard but the inattention to absolutely imperative medical information is a deterrent to recommending this software to a colleague.

    SERIOUSLY!!! We have clients getting frustrated and complaining about this EVERY SINGLE DAY! EVERY. SINGLE. DAY.

    Todays date, client name, and DOB should auto-populate on all charts and forms. Its insane that it doesn't. For those of us providing medical services, there are legal requirements for charting. Please fix this ASAP.
    It would also be nice if service and date of service to auto-populate.
