We are experiencing issues with new Referral Program too. So many times we learn from the client referral source weeks after their friend visited. We want to be able to report on this even if the new client didn't tell us when the came in.
I'm very excited about the new tool and the automation. However, we need to have a way to also manually add the referral source of a client after a new client has visited the practice.

Previously, when running reports, the reporting Date Period (from and to date) would default to the exact same time period as you navigated from one report to the next report.
This feature made life so much easier and reduced reporting mistakes - especially for payroll. It was one of my favorite features in the software.
I really want this feature back. It takes me so much longer.
Additionally, I often report for strange periods that overlap months. It would be nice if you would show the current month calendar along with the previous month calendar in the "Select Period" screen.
For example. If I run payroll for last period I am running it from 11/24-12/8. This requires me to click back from December to November, then back to December again. Then I have to do this 3 times to complete all of my payroll reports.

With medical practices forms are considered part of the patient chart. Medical practices are required by law to have the patients full name, DOB, and Date on every single form/chart note in a clients record. Due to this, all of our forms for pre/post treatment have the required data elements to make our chart comply with legal requirements. UNFORTUNATELY - this makes our patients very frustrated because they are constantly being asked to put in their name, DOB, and date, over and over and over again.
It would be great if FORMS would auto populate with the linked fields information. The patient could still change it, but it would be fewer fields to populate.

We believe in blending service treatments on the same day and we frequently have days were a client is having a facial and laser hair on the same day. The facial is not a medical service and gratuity is permissible. However, laser hair reduction is a medical service and gratuity is not permissible by law. So we have to coach our clients through calculating gratuity based on just the one service and often have to modify the order to reflect all of the gratuity going to just the non-medical provider.
