Would love for clients to be able to simply see all of their forms on the Client Portal even after they have signed them. We use "forms" so the client has to sign their pre/post treatment protocol before their appointment. But once they sign it they can't go back and see it - so we have to print them at checkout.

I completely agree. Marketing text messages should either live on a separate tab or be easily filtered out so they don’t flood the main messaging feed. When hundreds of outgoing marketing texts appear as new conversations, it creates unnecessary clutter and increases the risk of missing actual client messages that need timely responses.
Having the ability to bulk-close or automatically archive marketing text threads would significantly improve workflow and ensure important client communication doesn’t get lost.

We previously relied on our online store, where we could limit the number of units available for a promotion — a feature that created urgency and significantly improved performance. Since transitioning to Boulevard for all sales, we’ve had to change our marketing strategy because offer codes cannot be limited in quantity.
We would love to see the ability to set a maximum number of redemptions per offer code as soon as possible. Alternatively, applying a similar limit to Packages (e.g., allowing a package to be sold only X number of times before it expires) would also meet this need.
This functionality is essential for scarcity-based promotions.
