They say its because of a security feature but that should not be an issue as the client has a profile created, once they complete the initial registration form we should be able to auto populate the information for the client forms as we do for the progress notes. I have worked with numerous systems in the medical and med spa community and this is the only one that will not auto populate that I have had experience with. The clients hate it and are complaining all the time and we have only been live for about 4 weeks.

Its unfortunate this feature is not available with how much we pay for the service. We were told or insinuated there were many features that are actually not apart of BLVD when compared to Zenoti and TouchMD. As a practice owner it is beyond frustrating, very time consuming for months to paying staff, 2 systems, etc only to find what you were paying for the 1 system is actually not comparable to BLVD and BLVD has yet to resolve many critical issues that have been requested for not only months but years, therefore it is likely they will never resolve the issues

I am surprised at how long BLVD has been around and they are not able to do this. It is likely to be a deciding factor if we are going to stay with BLVD because this feature was available in our other system and we were told we could upload multiple photos at a time. Very time consuming.
