Adding addendums to completed charts
It should be possible to make edits to charts after being completed, and the edits should be auditable. There should be a larger character limit as well than notes currently allow.

Any edits would have to come with obvious editing symbols, as changing content after a chart is signed is legally indefensible. A better option is to allow an addendum to be added
