report for uncompleted charts
There should be a report that can be run for incomplete charts in the reports tab.

A way to audit what appointments have incomplete charts/ forms. AR had this ability and an easy way to go through and complete the charts without having to go into each individual appointment to see what forms weren't completed. This leads to legal issues with charts being missed
