This is a HUGE issue with our clinic. I almost lost my Medical Director due to this issue when we joined BLVD. There has to be an easier way. Having to click through each day is extremely time consuming. Time is money. This is an issue that greatly affects our business. Please give us an update on when this will be addressed.

It would be so helpful if there was a notification that popped up at check out if there is still a form to be filled out. Once they have been checked out, the forms are no longer available to the client. At our IV clinic, we often check clients out before they are done with the IV to save them time. However, if a form is missed, and we check them out, it creates an issue. Allowing to resend to the clients email after they have been checked out would be extremely helpful.

It is really helpful to include the checks written within the register data since the register drawer is where the checks are kept. Our checks are under the "other" option. That should be included in the "cash sales" data, or have its own line since the checks are kept in the drawer with the cash

This is critical for my practice. I would like to be able to view the month, for example: select the month of January, click and select each day (in bulk) that i need to schedule a specific provider instead of having to manually enter one day at a time.
My clinic is not provider specific. It is appointment day and time specific, so my providers schedules vary heavily as they are 1099 RNs
It is extremely time consuming for me entering the months new schedule as it is set up at the moment with the weekly view.

What I feel is misleading with how this is set up is we are charged by segments, not how many individual clients we are sending a text to. I was going to use the text blast feature for the first time today to notify clients about new operating hours. For 275 clients, the segments was over 500 for a simple "Were excited to share we are now open until 5p on Mondays" with the booking link. It was going to cost me $40+ just for that simple text to 275 clients. Its not worth it. We are a small women owned business with no investors. Every $$ counts. I am already paying over $300 a month for BLVD. Please revisit this issue soon.
