membership
The checkout and "redeeming" process for memberships need to be heavily revisited.
As is stands, if you have more than one voucher under a membership, it is split evenly between the two vouchers. For services in the same category at the same price, this makes sense.
However, with the flexibility when creating the memberships (which I love), the check out and receipt process ends up devaluing or overpricing service that are not in the same category.
I currently have a membership set for $149 that is set up for one voucher for and IV (value $149) and one voucher for an IM injection (value $25). When the client comes in to redeem the IV voucher, their receipt shows $74, which is half the price they are paying. This causes confusion and devalues my service. This will also end up showing my IM injections at a price of $74 instead of the $25 when they come to redeem the IM injection voucher, which is triple the normal price.
The vouchers should only be split if it is within the same category. EX: Multiple IV vouchers split between the the IVs cost and the IM vouchers split between the IMs cost.
This is a big deal for our clinic. Confusion and frustration on the clients end will 100% push them AWAY from our memberships.
