I cannot imaging that this hasn't been implemented yet. Such a basic functionality. Please prioritize this.

This update is crucial to protect the privacy of staff as a whole. When selecting a patient to chat from the app, it actually sends a message from our personal phone numbers. There needs to be a way to send messages from our smart phones to clients without having this occur. There are countless scenarios where we don't have a desktop or laptop within reach. This protects the privacy of our staff and also plays a huge role in the safety of our clients. For example, if we need to contact them or they need to get in touch with us for an urgent situation. Please consider adding this function to BLVD.

We need this update implemented asap! When selecting to text a patient from the app, it sends the message from my personal number. Please allow sending from BLVD number to protect team privacy. (The web version does not do this thankfully) Our team needs to follow up with clients and are unable to do so unless they have access to a laptop or desktop. We also need to monitor messages after office hours in case of an emergency. It’s essential that this functionality is put in place—not everyone carries a laptop around with them, so mobile access to messages is a must.

I would like to see messages on the mobile app so my team and I can message and receive messages from clients without texting and giving out our personal phone number.

the amount of money that we spend on boulevard to not be able to receive a feature as simple as messaging on a app is just crazy.

This is definitely critical. Being able to message directly through the professional app would keep everything in one place and make communication so much easier. It would help avoid missed messages, save time, and make responding to clients faster and more organized. Overall, it would help businesses run smoother and more efficiently.

I think it would be beneficial for companies or providers to have access to messages through the mobile app instead of only on the desktop. That way providers are able to see messages when they are out of the office for rescheduling or conflicts or even confirmations.

I wish there was a way to 1) access the texts you have with clients on the desktop browser in the mobile app and 2) continue texting clients within the app from the businesses dedicated phone number instead of it pulling up your phone's text messaging app and using your personal phone number.

I communicate with my clients primarily through direct texting on my cellphone. With my current system (Square), when a client texts me, their name appears from the booking, which gives me quick access to our past conversations and appointment history. I can also easily book their next appointment right from the text thread. Having to log in to an iPad or computer just to check and respond to client messages is not practical for my workflow. I’m always on the go and don’t have a receptionist, so being able to manage client communication directly from my phone is essential. Do you think Boulevard will have something similar to this soon?

Super Critical! My entire staff needs this ability in order to perform the client rituals we have without doing it from a desk top so that the clients don't have their personal cell number.

We also need to be able to text our clients via the app as well. We keep everything in house and so in order to message thru boulevard we have to log into a browser, sign in, and then text via a tiny screen.

Really can't believe this basic functionality is missing. Even Square has it. Please add this!

It would be helpful if we could access messages on the app so we can communicate with customers without having to login to the website. This way patients can contact us swiftly and we can enhance patient care.

It should also have the option to turn on notifications for when you receive messages
