We need this update implemented asap! When selecting to text a patient from the app, it sends the message from my personal number. Please allow sending from BLVD number to protect team privacy. (The web version does not do this thankfully) Our team needs to follow up with clients and are unable to do so unless they have access to a laptop or desktop. We also need to monitor messages after office hours in case of an emergency. It’s essential that this functionality is put in place—not everyone carries a laptop around with them, so mobile access to messages is a must.

This would be amazing! It’s been frustrating that many of our positive reviews are mainly being submitted through the BLVD portal, but clients aren’t always taking the second step to post them on Google as well. I’ve been following up individually asking them to copy their review over to Google, which ends up being pretty time-consuming.
