    This is a crucial issue at the moment. There needs to be gratuity options for some and not others. It's critical that clients are not seeing gratuity options for providers, but that they end up seeing it for our estheticians.

    I'd love if this feature were to be added. I think it hard to ask for this type of personal information over the phone, but we need some sort of way to secure any and all bookings. If they were sent a link to do this, it would alleviate the stress of asking for this over the phone, as well as make it a more comfortable action for clients to do.

    I think that this feature would truly benefit any and all businesses. It's a very tedious thing to have to go into every single clients chart to see if it had already been completed. This would also decrease any crucial errors, as well as provide safety for both the client and the business.

    I think businesses would really benefit from implementing this idea into BLVD. So many reviews that are positive have been mainly submitted through this application, which isn't helping our spa as much as a Google review would. It's difficult to reach out to these clients and ask for them to also leave us a review on Google and sometimes they simply won't do so. Please consider implementing this function!

    This update is crucial to protect the privacy of staff as a whole. When selecting a patient to chat from the app, it actually sends a message from our personal phone numbers. There needs to be a way to send messages from our smart phones to clients without having this occur. There are countless scenarios where we don't have a desktop or laptop within reach. This protects the privacy of our staff and also plays a huge role in the safety of our clients. For example, if we need to contact them or they need to get in touch with us for an urgent situation. Please consider adding this function to BLVD.
