Glad to see this on the waitlist finally! We desperately need this functionality so I don't have to pay for an extra business phone line for employees to text from on their phones.

Yes I agree, We have a business number for a reason. Patients shouldn't be able to respond back to us via our own personal cell phones. The messages should remain in the message center of their chart. this is a type of HIPAA violation and should be a critical printery.

This is a feature that should have been created from the beginning. It is a vital feature to any business. Not only that, we need Unread messages to show at the very top! If we send out a marketing text and there are unread messages we have to scroll thru all of them to find the unread ones. This is a basic feature for 2025 and should be implemented ASAP.

Messaging through the app is vital. If not through the app then messages should somehow get forward to our cell device via text message.

BLVD should spin up a sister app for just the message center. This will allow users to view messages, switch to calendar app to check availability/make changes, then switch back to confirm the change or offer alternate times.

THIS!! it is 2025, respectfully the entire app should be far more mobile friendly! Our teams are on their phones 98% of the time and not pulling out a computer

Yes. 100% Right now we have to use our personal cel and it's not centralized.

This should be important. If there is an issue with a patient it would not be noticed until we are on the computer. It is not very user friendly. I am surprised this is not fixed by now.

I have to be logged in on my iPhone browser AND app. App to see appointments, and browser to follow-up on any messages. Please update this ASAP. -

Text communication is so simple and helpful for clients throughout the day who don't regularly check their voicemail. We can easily change appointments and answer questions. It is nice we have that feature with our own number on the dashboard on the computer, but I wish we could also pull up messages on the app so I can be easily notified with a response with a client and stay up to date on busier days.
