In 2025 we need access to our system when on the fly. We switched from outdated Vagaro yet they offer some vital options that BLVD does not, such as a messaging platform and thre ability to operate our business when not in house. We need to be able to process all transactions, clients contact us all the time to book and buy packages.

Messaging through the app is vital. If not through the app then messages should somehow get forward to our cell device via text message.

Hey Folks! After reviewing some more, this request seems more focused on an app that clients would download to their devices. We're actively working on expanding our client-facing functionality, but we're going to start with a mobile-friendly browser experience before building out a mobile app. You can follow along on our progress for that client functionality here.

I agree! I have over 2500 clients who are used to text notifications and marketing and all who have previously opted in. There is no easy way for them to opt in, even if I send emails with detailed instructions.
Im now a week away from holiday and cannot send out text campaigns which are far more likely to be engaged than emails!
Client data and interaction is priceless and Im now handcuff'd at the most important time of year.
THERE SHOULD BE AN OPTION TO PUT IN AN "OPT IN OPTION" SOME WHEN THEY FILL OUT A NEW INTAKE FORM THE SYSTEM REGISTER THE NEW OPT IN.
