    This should be important. If there is an issue with a patient it would not be noticed until we are on the computer. It is not very user friendly. I am surprised this is not fixed by now.

    For the love of god! Please change this! I had someone working on this all day manually enter the patient bday into their file. There goes money down the drain over an easy fix.

    Yes! In WA we have to know when they are new so we can clear them virtually with our medical director. This can cost us lots of money if we did see if they were a new patient to us.

    Yes can we please change this. I have to look through all my charts and it is very time consuming. My medical director does not like it when I miss a chart. This needs a better system!
