Adding an icon to appointments that activates if a guest has completed their forms.

It would be helpful if we didn't have to go into their account to check to see if they completed the forms.

    That would save me so much time and mental energy. If I could to this request it would be to not indicate that charts are filled out if they only did one and skipped the rest.

    Agreed! it is very hard for our LMTs to know when a client has completed forms and would be great to have real in time notice. so either an alert or a notification when done

    Yes agree! Currently our office is using the color code dot options and adding a green dot next to clients on the schedule who have filled out forms. Would be great if this was automatic.

    Yas queen. We agree. Also, if we can get a communications tab set for the forms that are filed out allowing us to get an alert when filled out. Same goes for waitinglist.

    I would also appreciate the opposing feature that would highlight when a client’s forms are INCOMPLETE so that we get them done.
