Show an icon or something on the appointment letting us know if charts/forms are not completed.

We need this. I need to see when charts are not started, not just in progress.

Requesting that the appointment screen show completed only when all the forms and charts have been submitted.

Yes can we please change this. I have to look through all my charts and it is very time consuming. My medical director does not like it when I miss a chart. This needs a better system!
