Merging appointments for the same client
Merge appointments for the same client without having to cancel one of the original single appointments that were booked separately. Merging appointments should be an option prior to them arriving on the day of their scheduled service as well. Similar to the reschedule and cancel buttons when you select an appointment - it would be great to have a merging option as well.

OMG-YES!!!! THIS IS SO IMPORTANT! It's so frustrating to have to waste time deleting appointments and re-adding those appointments right back in, and then having to rechange all the times, etc. It's a HUGE waste of time!!

Kind of like not being able to book group appointments from the dashboard, it is so weird that merging appointments is available when booking the second one, but never again after that. It should be available at other times. Bonus points for a warning flag on appointments if it appears a client has more than one appointment on the same day. (we often get caught off guard when they book appointments online and we don't realize they have other appointments after the initial one)

Employees should be able to merge clients appointments without having to cancel one of them, because it their profile it says they've canceled before even when they haven't. That messes up our cancellation policy

Agree, even an automatic merge if clients have multiple services, but same profile.

The business would like the ability to merge appointments to be less manual. Currently you have to enter the services manually and then cancel the extra appointment. The business feels this leaves room for error and said they should be able to just click merge and it puts the two appointments together.

When there are different clients that would like to be checked out together, it would be super helpful to be able to merge their appointments into one check out.

Sometimes clients book an appointment and then goes in to add another appointment. It would be helpful for front desk if we are able to merge the two appointments for check out purpose and flow of the salon so the staff knows that the clients is also scheduled for a second service with another provider.

Allow the client to have the option to merge appts on same day when they are booked at separate times. Had a client with two appts for the same day 2 different services.
It would be helpful for the system to recognize that they already have an appt that day and merge it into one appt ticket instead of 2 separate appt tickets.
