Invoices!!!
This includes requests to send secure link for payment at checkout via SMS and/or email.
If patients only pay partial or have issues at checkout it would be nice to be able to send an inovice so we do not lose track of payments needed

I have been emailing everyone I can at BLVD regarding invoicing for this sector... here is the most current response:
Hi John,
In regards to the invoicing feature I am happy to share that this is a feature that is already being worked on currently as we are aware that it is in quite high demand. Our awareness is due in no small part to teams like yours making sure your voice is heard, which we really appreciate.
I can confirm at this time that we are hopeful this feature might be available in March of this year. That date is subject to change as we test things, because we want to make sure that when we do roll something out it works as expected and is a reliable asset to businesses like yours.

For the Med Spa sector of BLVD when can we expect to be able to INVOICE customers? The BLVD User Voice Board is clamoring for invoicing especially after the technical issues yesterday that drove ourselves and other providers using BLVD to have to invoice customer using other systems as we could not check them out in BLVD.
This has been a major torn in everyone’s side, something none of us realized was not supported in the Med Spa BLVD application and expected to be there.
How do we get focused attention, actions and timeline on this issue? Who do we need to run it up to in BLVD?

The Duo credit card reader is currently down system-wide, and support has confirmed this is a known issue under active investigation. This creates an immediate operational problem: patients are being seen today and cannot pay at checkout due to a platform-wide failure outside of our control.
Given this outage, functionality needs to be enabled or rolled out immediately! This feature was never critical when payments were functioning normally, but today’s situation highlights why it’s essential. This needs solved NOW.

When the hell is this coming??? Our wifi was out yesterday and my clients don't store their cards. I'm now spending the day having to hunt down clients to enter cards manually. The lack of this feature alone would have made me go with a different software. It's unbelievable to me that in this day and age, this isn't built in.

The ability to send client a payment link if they try to book over the phone and require any type of deposit.

My previous platform allowed me to send my clients an invoice so they did not need to be present to purchase product or pay for kids facials, etc. I am concierge and I have a pickup system when clients want to pick up product after hours they pay for it and i set it out for them.

What does waitlisted mean? Is this in progress? Also - if in progress can you please make sure The practice is the one getting to decide what verbiage to use, NOT BOULEVARD as boulevard is sending out plain, standard language and not at all considering the client who supports them.

It would be amazing to be able to email or text a link to customers who call on the phone to make an appointment to secure their spot (less chances of cancellation) in addition, this would be nice for house calls as sometimes we service clients at home as part of our mobile services. Thank you

Agreed! It is nuts why BLVD won’t turn on that functionally which already exists in other retail / commercial segments they also offer! Why not in this segment???

We absolutely NEED to be able to invoice clients. It's crucial. I have a second scheduler just so we can invoice. Not efficient.

Absolutely! We are having to pay to redevelop our web site to have a store just so we can take orders for products to be shipped or picked up AND for gift cards. Then we have to manually manage all this back through BLVD. Yet in BLVD you can see where they had the intention of letting you have a store which entails paying for items/services before checkout... which also goes over to deposits for services, or partial/pre-billing for services or no-show billing for in location transactions. Why they won't/don't add this functionality, or turn it on as it is in other BLVD platforms is a complete mystery as BLVD never has said 'why' the haven't, can't or won't do it. Otherwise the BLVD system is great for this industry... but this is a BIG MISS!

We just switched to BLVD from Square and realized this is a huge issue for us. Went to send and invoice not knowing that BLVD didn't have this feature. We are disappointed and having to find other options. Hoping it's in the works as an update very soon, especially before the holiday season!

We would love to see Boulevard expand its capabilities by adding a built-in invoicing feature. Having the ability to generate, send, and track invoices directly within the system would help us (and many other businesses) save time, maintain more accurate records, and provide clients with a smoother payment experience.
Currently, we find ourselves relying on outside platforms for invoicing, which creates extra steps and potential inconsistencies. Bringing this functionality into Boulevard would allow us to keep everything centralized, more efficient, and aligned with the premium service we aim to provide. -

In Vagaro we were able to send patients invoices so they could pay online.

This is so important to have especially sometimes clients have to run out or forget their card at home. It sucks that I was paying WAY less with a different platform and they offered invoices
