Medical Director Forms Sign Off
The current workflow for Medical Director chart review and sign-off in Boulevard is difficult to navigate and can be time-consuming. At the moment, there is no clear way to:
• Easily see which client charts still need to be completed by staff
• Identify which charts are pending Medical Director review and signature
• Track which charts have already been signed off
Additionally, there is no automatic notification sent to the Medical Director when charts are ready for review and signature, which can lead to delays and confusion.
Suggested improvements:
1. Automatic Notifications: Send an automatic alert directly to the Medical Director when charts are ready for review and signature.
2. Dedicated Dashboard/Filter: Create a clear dashboard or filtering option that separates:
• Charts needing staff completion
• Charts pending Medical Director review
• Completed and signed-off charts
3. Simplified Navigation: Make it easier to quickly locate, review, and sign off on charts without extra clicks or digging through menus.
These enhancements would significantly improve compliance, streamline workflows, and create a more user-friendly experience for both staff and Medical Directors using Boulevard.

Agreed! This is way too complicated for our medical director to do his job.

Agreed here as well. My biggest pain point is having to click through every day to look at what charts have been completed by my team. If we are providing medical services, we need to have proper documentation and Medical Director review. It's time to walk the talk Boulevard...

Agreed! There should be a que/mailbox that the charts to the Medical Director go to for signature. After signing and closing the chart, it's out of their que. it's so important for their time, and makes it easier for them to navigate. When I was signing up, I was given the impression it was really easy for them. But this is NOT the case.

The current chart review process requires the Medical Director to open each individual patient profile, scroll to the chart section, and manually locate the note that needs review. This is inefficient and time-consuming.
Requested Feature:
1. Create a single-page dashboard where the Medical Director can see all charts that require review and signature without navigating into each patient’s profile. The dashboard should allow the Medical Director to:
1. View every pending chart in one centralized list
2. Open each chart directly from that page
3. Sign off quickly without extra clicks or page navigation
4. Optionally apply bulk review/sign-off actions
This would eliminate unnecessary steps, streamline compliance, and save significant time for Medical Directors! Already done on multiple platforms such as Jane, Zenoti and AR.

I agree! This is very frustrating. Having the medical director dashboard view; when they log in a designated page of just the charts they need to sign off would be helpful.

It would be super helpful to have a way to be notified that a chart is not signed-off/finished. Especially, as a medical director, having to page through every chart individually to see if the nurse has the chart completed takes so much time!

It is mandatory for medical directors to sign on at least 30% of charts in specific states. However the function to do so in BLVD is limited. There needs to be either a "send to medical director" button at the end of every chart created or a pop up box asking if you want to send this to medical director when you are submitting your chart. I know there is a way to make a chart mandatory for sign off; however, I don't need to send every chart to my MD and my MA does not know which chart to open/start due to this. So either all charts are getting sent or none.

This is critical and the main reason I do not refer new businesses to switch to Boulevard.

Our medical director only has to sign off on 10% of charts. Would love to see this as a feature!

Our medical director only has to sign off on 10% of our charts, but there is no way to only show 10% to sign off on. Would love to see this added as a feature for easier and faster medical director sign off.

In Med Spas, medical director sign off is not always required for patient charts. Currently required sign off can only be turned all the way on or all the way off. It would be great if Boulevard could implement features with the sign off that allows forms and charts to only require a specific % of required sign offs to better accommodate med spa customers.
