To increase visibility on communications issues, it would be great if businesses could access the email history for client outreach so they can self serve on their own and be able to find out if an email confirmation was sent so they don't have to reach out to support.

Include a setting on Client Forms that tracks when the client hasn't completed a form in over a year an automatically send it to fill out. Med Spa businesses require newly updated forms every year.

Product Credits: promotional priced pre-sold items (IE Botox for a deal) should show the "deal" amount in the patients chart. NOT the full ticket price. If I am running a promotion, the patients account should reflect the actual amount they paid so it's clear what their "deal" was.
